S 05-19-1906 Mrs. Alice Canfield bought lot 12, block 2, Perkins park from Land & Improvement Co.
S 05-19-1906 Adam Beix and Sadie Leber, married May 15, to live in Hegeman residence on Geneva st. Also in F 5/16/06 - Hegeman house on corner of Johnson & Geneva sts.
S 05-26-1906 H. W. Lawton bought one of the cottages in Laurel Park, Brown's lake; family will occupy it as summer home.
S 05-26-1906 Carl Koehler has cellar excavated for new residence on Kendall st.
F 05-30-1906 Cottages at Muriel / Laurel Park at Brown's Lake: H. W. Lawton, H. G. Dardis, W. C. Wilson, F. W. Pringle, and Mrs. A. Becker. Also in S 5/26/06 - new roads laid out; 7 cottages now sold.

S 06-16-1906 Albert Wald has new cottage on lot on west shore of Brown's lake; old cottage moved to rear of lot and made into barn.

S 06-23-1906 Joseph Zwiebel bought 2 lots on corner of Dyer and Washington sts. facing Charles G. Foltz residence from Rev. T. Jacobs; lots part of "Eugene Hall" property. Also S 6/30, F 6/20 and 7/4/06.
S 06-23-1906 Mr. & Mrs. Frank A. Gill to occupy Curtis cottage at Brown's lake for summer; in fall, they expect to live in a new residence to be built by Joseph Zwiebel on corner of Washington & Dyer sts.
