State st., east side of Fox river, and extra lot. 6 room house on Schemmer st., west of brewery. 12 room house, 2 lots bordering on Fox river bank just across bridge on east side. 8 room house and lot 1 block from Brass Works. 9 room house 7 blocks south of post office and about 2 blocks from Brass Works; corner lot, 114 foot front, 132 feet deep. Two story 8 room house 2 blocks from Wisconsin Central depot. 10 room house on Kane & Chandler; lot 8 rods front by 12 rods deep; barn in good repair. 150 acre farm 2 miles west of Burlington on Spring Prairie rd. New 6 room house in Perkins Park. 160 acre farm 7 miles southeast of Burlington on Kenosha rd.
S 09-26-1908 Gus Baumgart and Emma Schwitzer, married Sept. 16, to live in Fred McLaughlin residence on corner of Jefferson & West sts. S 3/5/09 - Gus. Baumgart moved to F. Schwantz farm in town of Lyons, which he recently rented for a term of years.
