S 06-13-1908 Seth Fratt bought lot 12, block 7, Perkins Park, from his mother.
S 06-13-1908 Katherine Ebbers and John Luke, married June 9, to live with H. Ebbers, Sr., until their new home in Perkins Park is finished.
S 06-13-1908 Charles Beix and Annie Hemling, married June 10, to live in rooms in Sutton house on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts.
F 06-17-1908 H. J. Vos will build 2 new residences on Liberty st. S 6/13/08 - 2 new cottages on his lots on Liberty st.
S 06-20-1908 W. R. Jones and family moved to Edwin Caldwell residence on Lewis st. which Jones bought last fall.

S 07-11-1908 Mrs. Joseph Rittmann and family moved to living rooms over Rittman saloon on Pine st. (Note: Joseph Rittmann died June 28, 1908.)
