S 01-02-1909 Al Hoyle moved family from Kenosha to A. C. Schmitt residence on Conkey st.
S 01-02-1909 Fred Krakofsky farm of 63 acres in towns of Burlington and Rochester to be auctioned Jan. 12.
S 01-02-1909 H. Madigan has frame up for new residence he is building on Kane st.
S 01-02-1909 Alphons (Alfred?) Sobbe, of Wheatland, rented Albert Toombs farm in town of Burlington and took possession.
F 01-06-1909 John Peterson bought Mrs. Elizabeth Kramer property at 519 Geneva st. Also in S 1/9/09.
F 01-06-1909 C. B. McCanna having 3 residences built - one at Edgewood farm and other two on Mutter ave. just south of the Condensed Milk factory. Also in S 1/2/09 - Edgewood house to be built north of present farm house. F 6/9/09 - Harry Harlow and wife moved to one of the Mutter ave. houses.

S 01-16-1909 Mrs. Brady, of Springfield, leased residence on corner of Washington & Dyer sts. vacated by P. J. Hurtgen.
S 01-16-1909 Alfred McKercher and Caroline Smith, married Jan. 12, to live in new home at 375 Edward st.
S 01-16-1909 James Sweeney to build residence in Perkins Park.
S 01-22-1909 Mrs. P. Korn leased new residence of Henry J. Vos on Geneva st. and will move in at once.
S 01-22-1909 Al Sobbe and Katie Bush / Busch, married Jan. 19, to move to Toombs farm which they leased for a term of years.
S 01-22-1909 J. Blank moved to Henry Vos residence vacated by George Weinzinger.

S 01-29-1909 John P. Gill moved to rooms in Wehmhoff block over Zechel's store.
S 01-29-1909 Hiram J. Woods advertises house and lot - lot 12 - in block 3, Perkins South Park, for sale; also lot 7, block 6, Perkins Park.
S 01-29-1909 F. B. Stoehr and family moved from farm to new residence on corner of Pine & Madison sts.
