F 02-03-1909 William C. Wilson bought William Stoel / J. C. Rooker farm of 117 acres a short distance northwest of Burlington. Also in S 1/29/09 - 120 acres just north of city from William Stoel and Jay Rooker.
S 02-05-1909 Otto Karl Olson to move off John Karcher farm 4 miles south of Burlington and 4 miles north of New Munster - artice and large ad.
S 02-05-1909 Al Konst to build new residence on Herman st.
S 02-05-1909 J. E. Bartholf offers rooms for rent in residence at 558 Washington st.
S 02-05-1909 William Bank, of Powers lake, rented John Hinzpeter farm in town of Burlington; to move on when August Thiede moves to Henry Runkel farm March 1. S 3/5/09 - Thiede and family moved to Runkel farm; Bank moved to Hinzpeter farm.
F 02-10-1909 Ben H. Rueter and family moved to new home in Perkins Park. Also in S 2/5/09 - on Perkins blvd.
S 02-12-1909 New house at 555 Kendall st. for rent.
S 02-12-1909 William Huse moved to Madigan residence at 410 Kane st.
F 02-17-1909 Arthur Cunningham recently bought residence on Edward st. S 2/19/09 - Arthur Cunningham and Lucy "Rudie" Gleason, married Feb. 17, to live in groom's house on Edward st.
S 02-19-1909 Jos. Yanny sold house on Schemmer st. to Jacob Maas. Also in F 2/17/09.
S 02-26-1909 Mrs. H. Kramer and family moved to rooms over Mathews grocery store.
S 02-26-1909 J. W. Summers bought John Terhorst residence on Perkins blvd.
S 02-26-1909 John Terhorst acquired J. W. Summers lot on Dodge st. and will build residence; Terhorst to move to rooms in Goodwin house on Pine st. until residence is built.
S 02-26-1909 Fred Henningfield and family to occupy Schmitt residence on Conkey st.
F 03-03-1909 Drs. Fulton, Fehr, and Prouty leased Buttles residence on Kendall st. for use as hospital. Also in S 3/5/09.

S 03-05-1909 Theodore Yonk and family moved to Burlington from Mukwonago.
S 03-05-1909 Plat of Klein's addition, submitted by F. G. Klein, adopted by council (3 lots on McHenry st. and. 3 lots abutting them on Schemmer st.).

S 03-12-1909 Vern Smith rented new Otto Oldenburg residence in Perkins Park and will move in.
S 03-12-1909 Herman Werneke and family moved from farm to home bought near St. Paul depot.
