S 07-11-1908 Walter Riel leased rooms on 2nd floor of Schmitt residence on corner of Washington & Dyer sts. and will move family to Burlington.
S 07-18-1908 Fred Uhen sold lots 3, 4, and 5 in Uhen's Park at Brown's lake to George J. Mutter. Mutter will build a summer home. Lots are between Frank J. Prasch property and L. J. Smith property.
S 07-18-1908 O. McLaughlin bought 6 acres on McHenry st. from M. McLaughlin; will plat and open an addition.
S 07-18-1908 William Rosenberg and family occupying new summer home at Brown's lake. S 7/25/08 - house warming held July 16.
S 07-18-1908 During his years in Burlington, Levi M. Carnegie resided in stone house next to E. N. White's residence (on Liberty st.).

F 08-12-1908 Joseph A. Rueter rented new cottage on Washington st. to Mrs. M. Roller; daughter is teacher at high school. S 8/29/08 - Mrs. Roller and daughter getting settled in. F 09-02-08 - Mrs. M. Roller and daughter, Josephine, moved to new Rueter residence. S 9/12/08 - Jennie Roller.
F 08-12-1908 Henry Mole, father of Charles Mole, excavating for a residence in Weiler's addition. S 8/29/08 - E. L. Anderson has contract for building residence.
S 08-15-1908 John Cunningham bought residence of Mrs. Martin G. Prasch on corner of Lewis & Conkey sts.
S 08-15-1908 Mrs. Martin G. Prasch and family, in house on corner of Lewis & Conkey sts., to move to North Yakima, Wash. S 8/29/08 - Prasch family vacated residence and shipped household goods.
S 08-15-1908 Prof. J. S. Miller (high school principal) and wife moving into Siehoff residence on Kane st.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.
