S 11-05-1909 Dan Cadwell and wife returned from Downer's Grove and are again occupying their home on Perkins blvd.
S 11-05-1909 Two new residences E. S. Voorhees is building on Amanda st. nearly completed. F 11/10/09 - Voorhees building three new residences on Amanda st.
S 11-05-1909 Al. Konst and wife moved to new residence on Herman st.
S 11-05-1909 Work progressing on Will Konst's new residence on Herman st., adjoining Al. Konst's residence.
S 11-12-1909 Fred Uhen, Sr., moved to new residence on south shore of Brown's lake.
S 11-12-1909 William Bancroft and family moved to Hatch residence on Kendall st. that Bancroft recently bought.
S 11-12-1909 Harry Hansen and family moved to Gaede residence vacated by William Bancroft family.
S 11-12-1909 Peter Salmen estate property, lots 3 and 4, block 39, on east side of Fox river, to be auctioned Dec. 4. Also in S 11/19/09 - administratrix Catherine Mutchler.
F 11-17-1909 Frank Finke sold 80 acre farm near Slade's Corners to Herman Otto.
F 11-17-1909 John Janke bought of Isaac Fratt estate the old homestead of 155 acres 2 miles south of Burlington. Also in S 11/19/09 - possession March 1 when Jahnke will leave Buell-Foltz farm after 17 years. "Frat House" shows Yahnke. S 12/31/09 shows Jahnke.
F 11-17-1909 Frank Gill recently vacated Joseph Zwiebel cottage at 586 Washington st.; has stored his household goods and will occupy the Albert Bernert residence in Perkins Park as soon as it is finished.
F 11-17-1909 Mrs. C. E. Clench to move to California after a stay with her daughter in South Dakota.
S 11-19-1909 Mrs. Ed Perkins making road through her property to extend Kendall st. to Geneva st.; several lots already sold in new addition.
S 11-19-1909 Otto Koch bought lot on James st. from Mrs. Herman Konst; will build home next year.
S 11-19-1909 S. M. Reinardy having new garage built on his Washington st. property.
S 11-19-1909 Rev. Phillip / Philipp Dreis moved to new St. Charles parsonage on Kendall st.

F 11-24-1909 E. L. Anderson completed new residence for Ed Manteufel in Weiler’s Addition. S 12/3/09 - Ed. Manteufel moved to new residence in Weiler's addition; built by E. L. Anderson.
F 11-24-1909 F. A. Falk bought lot from Mrs. H. Konst on Herman st.; to build new residence on lot next spring.
F 11-24-1909 William Moore’s residence at Lakeside Resort at Brown’s Lake was raised several feet.
S 11-26-1909 William Soetebier, Jr., bought lot on Chestnut st., adjoining Herman Kester property on the west, from Mrs. Dailey.
S 11-26-1909 Addison A. March / Marck and Amanda S. Mahoney, married Nov. 23, to live in Rein cottage on Chestnut st. recently vacated by Rev. Dreis.
