S 10-15-1909 John Burmeister and Minnie Harm, married Oct. 6, living in groom's home on east side of Fox river.
S 10-22-1909 Alvin Noble bought 2 lots on Wilmot ave. from Mrs. Frank J. Prasch.
S 10-22-1909 Many property owners at Brown's lake having cement retaining walls built.
F 10-27-1909 Peter Smith, age 94, and son Fred, who live at 786 Geneva st., nearly asphyxiated. Also in S 10/22/09 - found by Moses Scharland.
F 10-27-1909 Harvey Simpson bought F. E. Kellogg residence on Kane st. Also in S 10/29/09.
S 10-29-1909 Zielke house on east side of White river, one of first stone houses in Burlington, torn down by TMERL in effort to beautify its right-of-way.
S 10-29-1909 William Wolff / Wolfe bought 1 acre, known as the Johannes property, adjoining St. Mary's Cemetery, from H. E. Zarwell.

F 11-03-1909 Two Hatch residences on Kendall st. sold at auction. The tile house, occupied by Morris Schneider (568 Kendall), was sold to Dr. L. N. Hicks; frame residence to William Bancroft. Also in S 11/5/09.
F 11-03-1909 Old Zielke residence on north side of White river razed to ground by TMERL. S 10/29/09 - on east side of White river; was one of first stone residences in Burlington.
F 11-03-1909 Buell & Foltz farm of 161 acres, just northwest of Burlington, sold to Jacob C. McCorkle. Possession March 1, 1910. Also in S 11/5/09.
F 11-03-1909 Louis Glaser sold property occupied by him on east side of Fox river to Fred Miller. Glaser is building a new residence on the same side of the river. Also in S 11/5/09.
S 11-05-1909 M. May's new residence on corner of Edward st. & Chandler blvd. is nearing completion.
S 11-05-1909 Fred Rewald nearly completed with residence on Kendall st.
S 11-05-1909 J. M. Christien's new residence on Storle ave. is nearly completed.
S 11-05-1909 Frank Miller's new residence on Chestnut st. is under roof.
S 11-05-1909 F. E. Kellogg moved to Simpson residence on Pine st.
S 11-05-1909 Prof. J. S. Miller and wife moved to Kane st. residence vacated by F. E. Kellogg.
S 11-05-1909 Fred McLaughlin offers residence on corner of Jefferson & West sts. for rent.
