S 07-29-1910 Joe Lohaus and family moved from Pecatonica, Ill., to Burlington. Also in S 8/5/10.
S 07-29-1910 Milton Fay and family moved from Burlington to Beloit.
S 07-29-1910 William G. Finke bought and moved to Frank Weinman residence on corner of Chandler blvd. & Edward st. Also in S 7/15/10 and F 7/20/10.
S 07-29-1910 Mrs. Cook and daughter moved to Jacobs residence on Geneva st.
S 08-05-1910 Mather estate platted land on corner of Kane & State sts.; 8 lots laid out facing Kane with alley at rear. Also, Council approved plat for southeast corner of Kane & State sts.
S 08-05-1910 William Soetebier, Jr., has sold, through the Howard Wood real estate agency, his property located at 778 Chestnut st. to John Grueter. The price paid was $2,300 and possession will be given Sept. 1. F 8/10/10 - John Grueter bought property at 778 Chestnut st. from William Soetebier, Jr.

S 08-26-1910 H. Simpson bought Otto Koch's new residence on corner of Chestnut & Herman sts.; Simpson's daughter to move in. S 9/2/10 - Jeanette Simpson Kopplin bought lot 10, block 2, assessment subdivision no. 2, from Otto Koch.
S 08-26-1910 John Jahnke building new barn, 30 x 70 feet, on farm just south of Burlington. S 9/2/10 - E. L. Anderson is carpenter.
S 08-26-1910 Jesse Brooks, of Citizens' Gas Co., living at 706 Liberty st.
S 08-26-1910 Robert Zabler traded residence on North st. to George Siehoff for Siehoff's 184 acre farm, known as the old Bankes farm, on Rochester rd.; possession March 1; Henry Biethan is present tenant. S 11/25/10 - Zabler and family moved to Siehoff farm which he recently bought.
S 08-26-1910 Thomas Gallagher, fireman at Wisconsin Condensed Milk Co. factory for past 3 years, moved family to Beloit.
S 08-26-1910 William Rosenberg and Dr. F. E. Stone putting in cement sea walls at their Brown's lake properties.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.
