S 12-03-1909 Mrs. Annie Braker and family moved from Genoa Junction to Burlington; occupying part of Neuhaus residence on corner of Jefferson & West sts.

F 12-08-1909 E. C. Schwaller bought from H. Siehoff the lot on Kane st. next to O. W. Chandler's. Schwaller will build a residence next year. S 12/3/09 - Schwaller offers Reil barn, located on lot, for sale.
F 12-08-1909 Property on east side of Fox river belonging to Peter Salmen estate (608 East st.) sold to George Weithaus. Also in S 12/10/09.
S 12-10-1909 Mrs. C. Carpenter and son, Ned, moved from Waterford; occupying part of Rothering house on Jefferson st.
S 12-10-1909 Baumeister Bros. decided to quit farming and will have auction on B. Baumeister estate 3 miles east of Burlington.
S 12-17-1909 Mrs. George Canfield's new residence on Wilmot ave. completed.
S 12-24-1909 Bert Bartholf bought 3 acres just east of the Richtman place in the town of Burlington from John A. Rueter. F 12/29/09 - John Rueter sold 3 acres west of town on Lyons road to Bert Bartholf.
S 12-31-1909 Herman W. Koch bought Mrs. M. E. Dailey residence on Chestnut st. Also in F 1/5/10.
S 12-31-1909 John Jahnke and family moving to Fratt farm that he bought this fall.
S 12-31-1909 Nic Leipold and family to move to Burlington from farm they sold at Waterford.
S 12-31-1909 William N. Stoel and Ina Trowbridge, married Dec. 27, to live at 260 McHenry st. after March 1. S 2/4/10 - Stoels at home on McHenry st. after trip west.
S 12-31-1909 James Coleman and Mrs. Myrtle Brown, married Dec. 28, to live in home on Geneva st.
F 01-05-1910 George Mutter bought new residence on Wilmot ave. from Mrs. George Canfield. Also in S 1/7/10.
S 01-07-1910 Charles Steffen bought house and lot known as Andrew Jacobs property on Edward st. from A. E. Gooder estate.
S 01-07-1910 Roy Wightman of People's Cash meat market, and family moved from Lake Geneva to one of the new Voorhees cottages on Amanda st.
S 01-07-1910 Mrs. George Canfield bought lot just south of one she sold to George Mutter from Ed. Brook / Brooks. S 1/14/10 - Mrs. Canfield to build residence in spring.
F 01-12-1910 Frank Grass farm of 154 acres at Bohner's lake sold to John Robers of High Street. Also in S 1/14/10. F 6/29/10 - William J. Robers and bride, Cordella Kline, to live there.
S 01-14-1910 Theodore Weyrough building 2 story residence on property he owns in Burlington Heights; E. L. Anderson has the contract.
S 01-14-1910 Rollin Goodwin leased Bushman cottage on Johnson st. and will move in when George J. Mutter vacates.
F 01-19-1910 Mrs. Hogan Olson sold farm south of Burlington to Louis Jensen. S 1/21/10 - Sold last 80 acres several miles south of Burlington.
S 01-21-1910 Ellen Uebele bought John Raduenz residence at 969 Chestnut st.
S 01-21-1910 John Raduenz rented John Pieters farm in towns of Burlington and Wheatland and will move there.
S 01-21-1910 Lillian Bushman home on Pine st.
