S 04-08-1910 Caspar Maag bought and moved to John Gerke residence property on Edward st. Also in F 4/13/10.
S 04-02-1909 Charles Cook advertises auction sale of 22 lots in Cook's Grove addition April 17. F 4/14/09 - 22 lots to be offered next Saturday in Cook's Grove addition on McHenry st.
F 04-07-1909 Newton Bottomley excavating for a new residence on the lot in rear of his father's property on Kane st. Also in S 4/9/09. F 12/1/09 - Bottomleys moved in.
F 04-07-1909 George W. Smith sold residence property on Kane st. to Lewis P. Kessler. Also in S 4/9/09. F 5/12/09 - Kessler to move in.
S 04-09-1909 St. Charles bought Lewis P. Kessler residence property on Conkey street - property has frontage of 8 rods on Conkey street and is 10 rods deep. Also in F 4/7/09.
S 04-09-1909 A. Zechel and family to move to father's residence on Storle ave. S 5/7/09 - Zechel and family moved from Nehls residence on Lewis st. to Zechel residence on Storle ave.
S 04-09-1909 Frank Spicer rented Zirbes residence on Origen st.
S 04-09-1909 Dr. C. H. Meyst and family occupying W. F. Rothering residence on Jefferson st.
F 04-14-1909 J. M. Christien bought building on Chestnut st. lately occupied by Val Stang's shoe shop. Christien will move the building onto a lot near the water tower bought from Ed Barry and will remodel it into a dwelling house. F 4/21/09 - Fred Schreiber moved building.
S 04-16-1909 For rent: Flat of 5 rooms and barn at 515 Pine st., Mrs. Matt. Lenz.
S 04-16-1909 Otto Schwedler rented Fred Krakofsky farm at Long lake.
S 04-16-1909 Mrs. John R. Schneider moved to Summers residence on Jefferson st.
S 04-16-1909 Joseph Willich and family moved to John P. Gill residence near railroad crossing. J. C. Fyfe, who was living there, moved household goods to Milwaukee.

S 04-23-1909 Ben Robers bought lots 6, 7, and 8 facing McHenry st. in Cook's addition. Robers was only person to buy at April 17 auction.
S 04-23-1909 Art Johnson and family moved from Lake Geneva to Burlington.
S 04-23-1909 Fred McLaughlin raised his house on McHenry st. about 4 feet to street level.
S 04-23-1909 O. Cleary and family moved from Aldrich residence on Lewis st. to Jones apartment house on Geneva st.
F 04-28-1909 Part of the old Wambold residence on Pine st. (Chestnut ?) moved to the corner of Duane & Randolph sts. Ben Robers to move other part to lot on McHenry st. he recently bought from Charles Cook. Henry Ebbers, Jr., intends to build a new residence this year on the Wambold property. Also in S 4/30/09. (1876 and 1897 Directories show Wambold property on Chestnut st., not Pine st.) (House relocation)
S 04-30-1909 Eddie Ball bought lot in Perkins South Park from Edward Brook / Brooks.
S 04-30-1909 Henry Vos having two barns built on Geneva st. Built two residences last year.
