S 08-13-1892 Engineer Archibald building residence on lot across street (Fox st.?) from C. A. Goodwin's residence.
S 08-13-1892 Frank VandeSand has the contract for the carpenter work on a home to be built by Mrs. T. Foley on Kendall Street. S 12/10/1892 - VandeSand & Salisbury have finished the Mrs. Foley residence on Kendall street and Lou Tripp is now painting the interior.
