S 05-20-1893 Ferdinand Laudan bought house and lot just north of malt house on east side of Fox river from Fried. Schwantz.
S 05-20-1893 Fried. Schwantz to build new residence on 4 acres he recently bought from Mrs. Pratt farm.
S 05-27-1893 Charles Storms building addition to residence on Conkey st.
S 05-27-1893 Sugar beet promoters secured options on H. Siehoff (100 acres) and Charles Schultz (118 acres) farms, located just south of St. Paul track on Kenosha road and running to Fox river.
S 05-27-1893 J. T. Groff's new residence near egg warehouse is up and nearly enclosed.
S 05-27-1893 Joseph Zwiebel building addition to rear of his residence on Geneva st.
S 05-27-1893 A. Huse improving property he recently bought on Pine st.; will occupy it as residence and cigar factory.
S 05-27-1893 Herman F. Erdman and family residence located on east side of Fox river. F 5/25/1893 - Erdman died at mother's residence on east side of Fox river.
F 06-01-1893 Mrs. Bertha M. Erdman lived at home of Mrs. Ganzlin on corner of Jefferson & Johnson sts. S 5/27/1893 - Ganzlien.
F 06-01-1893 Mrs. N. P. Nelson offers house and lot on Pine st., next to St. John's Lutheran church for sale.
S 06-03-1893 R. L. Pettibone and family are occupying "Red Cottage" on the hill (Liberty st.). Also in F 6/1/1893.
S 06-03-1893 Perkins Park map printed; lots offered for sale at auction by Burlington Land & Improvement Co. Also in F 6/1/1893 - auction to be held June 10; about 125 lots in addition.

S 06-10-1893 Philipp Jung closed deal on purchase of Siehoff farm of 103 acres for sugar beet factory. Also in F 6/22/1893 - Siehoff and Schultz farms.
S 06-10-1893 F. Kurzrok building addition to his Pine st. residence; new sidewalk on State st. side.
S 06-10-1893 Mrs. Jessie Brown, sister of Mrs. William Moore, building cottage at Brown's Lake. S 6/17/1893 - cottage completed and will be occupied at once.
S 06-10-1893 Mrs. Harman, widow, lives on McHenry st.
S 06-17-1893 E. Brainard bought Nelson residence adjoining St. John's Lutheran church on Pine st. Mrs. Nelson to occupy residence until Oct. 1, when Wils Newbury and family will move in.

S 06-17-1893 A. Huse moved family and cigar factory to residence he recently bought on Pine st. Ad - house at corner of Pine & Madison sts., 2 blocks south of town hall.
