F 07-13-1893 Salisbury & VandeSand are building new house for August Bulgren on east side of Fox river, near malt house. (1897 directory - August Bulgrin at 208 Main st.; Mrs. J. Muth at 200 Main st. - se corner of State & Main) S 7/15/93 - VandeSand & Salisbury have frame up for a new residence for Mrs. Bulgreen on the east side of Fox river. (1897 directory - Mrs. C. Bulgrin at 500 Main st.)
S 07-22-1893 Improvements being made to Mrs. Mather's residence on Lewis st.
S 07-22-1893 R. P. Parker and family take possession of their cottage for summer.
S 07-29-1893 Charles Bulgreen / Bulgrin bought Fred Goettke / Getka farm of 94 acres near Slade's Corners.
S 07-29-1893 Mrs. Ellen Foley bought lot in Perkins Park from Andrew Patterson and will erect residence.
S 07-29-1893 Charles Runzler erecting new residence on James st. near water tower - 26 x 46, 2 stories, brick veneered.
S 07-29-1893 A. F. Ransom bought lot and a half from O. O. Storle on corner of Storle ave. and James st. Stone being hauled preparatory to building.
F 08-03-1893 Jacob Wien of Wien Bros. and Esther Leuitan / Levitan were married in Chicago Sunday. Couple to live in Zilke / Zielke house on the north side of the White River. Also in S 8/5/1893.
F 08-10-1893 Mrs. E. Foley building new house on her lot in Perkins Park. When completed the house will cost from $1,000 to $1,300. Contract awarded to VandeSand & Salisbury, with exception of mason work, which will be done by Ferdinand Richter. S 8/12/93 - VandeSand & Salisbury and F. Richter have commenced work on Mrs. E. Foley's new residence in Perkins Park.
S 08-12-1893 Fried. Schwantz residence on east side of Fox river enclosed.
S 08-12-1893 T. M. Kearney and B. F. Anderson put down new sidewalks in front of their Dyer st. residences.
S 08-12-1893 A. F. Ransom having lot graded; lumber and stone on ground and builders to start soon.
S 08-19-1893 Mrs. Anna Skleba bought lot in Perkins Park from Henry Bollow.
S 08-26-1893 B. J. Bushman advertises for rent, house with barn and outbuildings on McHenry st.

S 08-26-1893 J. T. Groff, Sr., now occupies residence just completed near his egg house.
S 08-26-1893 M. N. Davis and wife to occupy residence vacated by Prof. C. W. Rittenburg, who moved to Delavan.
S 08-26-1893 Prof. Alexander Corstvet and wife leased Voorhees residence on Dyer st., recently occupied by Nathan Albertson.
S 08-26-1893 M. M. McLaughlin bought 23 acres, opposite William Rasch's on McHenry rd., from Frank Bayer. McLaughlin to build residence in near future.
S 09-02-1893 Adolf Karcher offers 260 acre farm 4 miles south of Burlington for rent.
S 09-02-1893 Charles Sawyer residence on farm south of Burlington completed.
F 09-07-1893 Ernest McLaughlin moved to house near St. Paul depot; Munn Slaght / Slaight will occupy place McLaughlin vacated.
S 09-09-1893 Munn Slaght / Slaight and wife moved to Voorhees residence on Dyer st., occupying same with A. McDowell and family.
