F 09-25-1912 Charles Kaddatz, Sr., bought John Schneider residence property, rented by Adam Beix, on Randolph st. Also in S 9/27/12.
S 09-27-1912 John B. Roter and Mayme F. Tenpenny, married Sept. 24, to live on Albert Ketterhagen farm which groom bought some time ago.
S 09-27-1912 Mrs. Wilson of Dover leased and moved to Frank Miller residence on Schemmer st.
S 09-27-1912 Martin Prailes has completed new residence on McHenry st.
S 09-27-1912 R. L. Southey's new residence on Henry st. (corner of Frederick & Henry sts.) is nearing completion.

F 04-03-1912 Charles Pulver to build cottage at Brown's lake. S 4/5/12 - year-round home. F 4/24/12 - Work started on Pulver residence, which is to be built on site of old one, which will be torn down.

S 04-05-1912 Ben Roanhaus, Jr., moved to Charles Beller farm on Kenosha rd. which he recently bought.

F 04-10-1912 R. L. Southey to build residence on corner of Frederick & Henry sts. S 4/26/12 - William Meinecke has contract.
F 04-10-1912 F. E. Kellogg bought 3 lots on High Ridge / Highland between Kane & Randolph sts on which he will build new residence. S 4/12/12 - Kellogg bought lot on Highland ave. from H. A. Runkel.
F 04-10-1912 Joseph Jacobs to build new residence.
S 04-12-1912 Mrs. H. Simpson moved to home on Jefferson st. Also in F 4/10/12.
S 04-12-1912 Mrs. E. Hartnell and family moved to residence on corner of Pine & Jefferson sts. vacated by Mrs. H. Simpson. Also in F 4/10/12. Henry Kies and wife moved to Chestnut st. residence vacated by Mrs. Hartnell. Fred Ebbers and family to move to house vacated by Mr. Kies about May 1.
S 04-12-1912 Albert Brehm bought F. Bankes residence on Pine st.; possession May 1. Brehm will move to Bankes residence and rent out home he now occupies on Madison st.
