S 01-10-1913 Dr. A. A. Marck bought James Sweeney house on Duane st. Sweeney family to move to Freeport, Ill. Also in F 1/8/13. Marck moved in - F 1/22/13 & S 1/24/13.
S 01-10-1913 W. T. Nee bought lot in Bensonhurst addition from Mrs. Ed. Perkins.
S 01-10-1913 The frame is up on the new Frank Ranker residence on Johnson st.
S 01-10-1913 New Olaf Hoganson residence on corner of Henry & Frederick sts. is under roof and enclosed. Also in F 1/1/13.
S 01-10-1913 William Hubbard and wife moved from Spring Prairie to J. E. Bartholf residence on Washington st.
F 01-15-1913 P. J. Hurtgen building new residence on W. Geneva st. Also in S 1/17/13 - in Prasch subdivision.
F 01-15-1913 George Weiler bought "Old Jackson Homestead" on Dyer st. from William F. Rothering; will rent property for present but expects to build new residence. Also in S 1/10/13 - lot is 48 x 132 feet. F 2/12/13 - Joseph F. Litzler and family moved to old Jackson residence on Dyer st.
S 01-17-1913 Dr. C. H. Meyst leased Rein residence on Chestnut st. to be vacated by Dr. A. A. Marck. S 1/24/13 - Dr. Meyst to move in.
F 01-22-1913 Henry Koenen bought Schmidtkamp farm of 90 acres on Kenosha road. S 1/17/3 - Henry Koenen bought John Schmidtkamp farm located at Rockland / Norton's lake; possession March 1.
F 01-22-1913 Alex Jackley bought Buell & Foltz farm - "Riverside Farm"; sale does not include 31 acres. (F 1/29/13) S 1/17/13 - Alex Jakely / Jackley bought Buell-Foltz farm of 127 acres north of White River, on which William J. Strohm is tenant; possession March 1. Buell & Foltz retained platted land between White river and Chestnut st.
F 01-22-1913 Matt Rewald moved frame building next to planing mill to corner of Dodge & Jefferson sts. and will remodel it into dwelling house. (Building relocation)
S 01-24-1913 Dr. A. A. Marck moved to residence bought from James Sweeney on Duane st. Sweeney and family moved to Freeport, Ill.

S 01-31-1913 William Heidermann leased Louis Rein residence on Origen st. vacated by Dr. F. E. Stone.
F 02-05-1913 W. J. Strohm bought Henry Draves property at 598 East st. S 2/7/13 - Henry Drewes property.
F 02-12-1913 Adam Beix moved to H. J. Vos residence on Geneva st. vacated by Mr. Litzler. Also in S 2/14/13 - moved from Mrs. E. Mathews residence on Lewis st.
F 02-12-1913 Henry Uhlenhake rented Schmidtkamp farm, now owned by Henry Koenen. S 2/14/13 - Herman Uhlenhake; possession March 1.
S 02-14-1913 Joe Litzler and family moved from H. J. Vos residence on Geneva st. to Jackson residence on Dyer st.
S 02-14-1913 Frank Best and family moved from flat in Geheb block to rooms over Joe Schiller saloon.
F 02-19-1913 Mr. & Mrs. A. W. Miller occupy their new bungalow on McHenry st.
F 02-19-1913 John Lockmett has frame up for new house in Prasch's subdivision - replaces one that burned down. S 3/28/13 - home nearly completed.
