S 12-06-1912 John M. Grueter and family will soon move to the Brown's lake chicken farm of his father, Theo. Grueter, and the latter will move into the Chestnut street residence of the former.
S 12-06-1912 Nora Grootemaat and Harold Hathorn, married Nov. 28, to live in Zielke residence near the White river bridge.
F 12-11-1912 Alex Jackle sold old F. Bankes farm of 184-1/2 acres on Rochester road to W. H. Tennessen of Kenosha. Also in S 12/13/12 - possession next month.
S 12-13-1912 John Cunningham and family to move to new house on Conkey st. F 12/18/12 - moved in.
S 12-13-1912 F. G. Rhodes and family to move from Koehler residence on Kendall st. to present John Cunningham residence.
S 12-13-1912 James H. Boyle's lease on E. Wehmhoff farm expired; to auction personal property.
F 12-18-1912 Theodore Huening bought lot in Bensonhurst addition from Mrs. Caroline Perkins.

S 12-27-1912 Mrs. Charles Volkmann, Sr., bought lot in Uhen's Park, Brown's lake, from Fred Uhen.
S 12-27-1912 Ben Schmidtkamp farm of 90 some acres on Kenosha road near Rockland lake to be sold at auction. Also in S 1/3/13 and F 1/8/13.

S 12-27-1912 Fred W. Knop and Laura T. Harms, married Dec. 24, to live in Konst residence on Amanda st.
F 01-01-1913 William C. Wilson and wife married in 1868; moved to farm in town of Spring Prairie, which has been the family home for the past 40 years, in 1872. (Large brick house with tower completed in 1889.)
F 01-01-1913 H. J. Kortendick sold 200 acres of his farm 1 mile south of Honey Creek to Perlie Baker; possession March 1, 1914. Also in S 1/3/13 - land in town of Spring Prairie; Purlee Baker.
S 01-03-1913 William Teut bought 20 acres of William Wolf / Wolff / Wolfe located just west of the St. Paul depot and north of the St. Paul tracks. Teut to go into sand and gravel business.
S 01-03-1913 Henry Karsten bought lot on Henry st. in Perkins South Park and will build residence.
S 01-03-1913 For sale: building lot on corner of Geneva & Amanda sts.
S 01-03-1913 Clarence L. Gleason and Clara R. Uebele, married Jan. 1, to live in Gleason residence at 658 Kendall st.
F 01-08-1913 William Wolfe / Wolff bought 2 lots on McHenry st. from Ben Robers and started excavating for new residence. S 1/3/13 - lots 6 and 7, block 3, Cook's Grove addition. S 1/17/13 - building residence. (1914 Directory showed William Wolfe at 284 McHenry st.)
