S 02-21-1913 Charles Bulgrin to auction F. C. Schmidt residence property on corner of East Water & Washington sts., lots 2 and 3, block 35, original plat of Burlington, on March 8, 1913.
S 02-28-1913 James H. Boyle moved from E. Wehmhoff farm to William Rowe farm near Rochester.
S 02-28-1913 A. W. Smith rented Louis Hoffman residence on James st.
S 02-28-1913 Henry Peterson rented Fred Rewald residence on Kendall st.
S 02-28-1913 Mr. & Mrs. Fred Knop to occupy John Harms residence on James st. vacated by Henry Peterson.
S 02-28-1913 Charles Gerlaff and family moved from Christian Rasch farm on Vienna rd. to former William Zabler farm at Spring Prairie that Gerlaff recently bought.

F 03-12-1913 Arthur Cunningham plans to build new residence on Kane st. next to S. D. Slade's. S 4/4/13 - asked for bids. S 4/25/13 & F 4/30/13 - let contract.
F 03-12-1913 Charles Bulgren / Bulgrin bought F. C. Schmidt residence on east side of Fox river at auction. S 3/14/13 - on corner of East Water & Washington sts.
S 03-14-1913 Samuel Pennacraker rented and moved to John Walsh farm.
F 03-19-1913 Serie Newell bought Kopplin residence on corner of Chestnut & Herman sts. now occupied by Dr. G. E. Newell and family. S 3/21/13 - Mrs. Jeanett Kopplin.
F 03-19-1913 Dr. W. E. White and family moved to Burlington from Lyons.
S 03-21-1913 Mrs. Lydia Prout moved to rooms in Mrs. E. Ward's home on Kendall st.
S 03-21-1913 Vern Smith rented Mrs. Helen Prasch residence on Lewis st.; plans to move family from Lyons.
S 03-21-1913 Charles Jeffers moved family from Quincy, Ill., to one of Schwaller residences on Geneva st.
S 03-28-1913 Three lots sold in Prasch subdivision by Burlington Investment Co. - to Robert L. Smith, Adolph Richter, and John David. Also, Smith intends to build when weather improves.
F 03-26-1913 H. R. DeLaplain bought 2 lots from Mather estate - 100-foot frontage on Kane st. - will build residence this year. S 3/21/13 - will build facing Dyer st. (Note: DeLaplain did not build; he eventually sold lots to C. Roy McCanna.)
S 04-04-1913 Mr. & Mrs. H. Herrick, parents of Alvaretta Herrick, lived on corner of Jefferson & Dodge sts. Also in F 4/9/13.
S 04-04-1913 Robert Millinger and family moved to Charles Bulgrin residence on E. Water st.
