S 06-07-1912 Henry J. Vos building new residence on corner of McHenry & Liberty sts. Old stone house on the corner has been razed. The old stone residence was reportedly where F. Schemmer was in the boot and shoe and wooden shoe business over 40 years ago. (Description of new house - G 588.)
