F 02-14-1918 Herman Grabow and Elsie Rudolph, married Feb. 12, to live on Pierce Murphy farm, which Grabow recently bought.
F 02-14-1918 Mr. & Mrs. A. F. McEwen moved from Burlington to Texas; McEwen had worked for R. H. Fitch for 2 years.
F 02-14-1918 House and lot at 578 Conkey st., one block from St. Charles, for sale to settle estate. Also in S 2/22/18.
F 02-21-1918 Deal fell through on F 2/14/18 report that E. B. Stone bought property on corner of Conkey & Amanda sts. from Thomas Dalton.

F 02-28-1918 Truman Graff to move from Burlington to farm he rented near Elkhorn.

F 03-07-1918 Theodore Rounds and family to move from Burlington to New York state where Rounds is agent for Security Lightning Rod Co.
F 03-07-1918 August Spitzbart bought farm 3 miles north of Burlington.
F 03-07-1918 Edward Shelah of Decatur, Ill., owner of lots 9 and 10, block 4, Perkins West Addition, proposes to grant part of property to city (in connection with street and sidewalk improvements).
S 03-08-1918 John McCarthy bought Mrs. Prasch residence on Conkey st. occupied by E. B. Stone, chief of police. F 3/7/18 - Mrs. Eva Prasch.
S 03-08-1918 A. W. Kipp sold part of farm at Bellwood (91 acres) to Mrs. George Baumeister. Also in F 3/14/18,
S 03-08-1918 John Pieters rented Christien flat on Geneva st.
F 03-14-1918 John Cunningham sold residence on Conkey st. to Gus, Nellie, and Mary Cunningham. John and family to move to residence on Lewis st. occupied by M. L. Moore and family. Also in S 3/15/18 - Cunningham will move to the residence occupied by William Moore. F 4/18/18 - Mrs. Ellen Cunningham and Gus, Nellie, and Mary Cunningham moved in.
