S 02-16-1917 Mr. & Mrs. Robert Rueter rented the Hintz flat on Perkins blvd. now occupied by Charles Kaddatz. Also in F 2/14/17 - Kaddatz to return to Slade's Corners.
S 02-16-1917 William Soetebier sold residence property on Chestnut st. to U. S. Fay; possession May 1. Also in F 2/14/17.
S 02-16-1917 J. L. Morrison rented residence on West Geneva st. occupied by Mrs. Henry Plate, who will move to her former house on Pine st. Also in F 2/14/17.
S 02-16-1917 Architect C. E. Funston, of Racine, drawing plans for new residence C. Roy McCanna will build on lots he bought last year on corner of Kane & Liberty streets.
S 02-16-1917 Peter Schmidt residence on West Geneva st. to be sold at sheriff's sale - lots 7 and 8, block 4, Perkins West addition. F 2/21/17 - Two Theresa Schmidt lots bid in separately by B. J. Wentker, but Joseph Yanny bought the whole and will build several cottages. S 2/23/17 - Joseph Yanny bought property. S 3/16/17 - property mentioned.
S 02-16-1917 William Bulgrin sold residence on the corner of Main & State sts. to August Raduenz. The occupants, A. Valenta and family, will move to the Chris. Rasch residence on Chestnut st. F 2/21/17 - Frank Valenta.
F 02-21-1917 Fred Uhen, Sr., bought Henry Schwartz residence on Lewis st.; Mr. & Mrs. Schwartz to move to East Troy, their former home. F 2/28/17 - Schwartz and wife moved out and Uhen moved in.
F 02-21-1917 Charles Remer rented farm of Misses Harkness in southern part of Town of Burlington.
F 02-21-1917 Charles Remer to move from E. J. Brown farm in Spring Prairie to Harkness farm.
F 02-21-1917 Tony Chrast, on Harkness farm, rented Hugo Breuckman farm. Also in S 2/16/17.
F 02-21-1917 Henry Vollbrecht to move from Hugo Breuckman farm to Burlington. Also in S 2/16/17. F 5/9/18 - at 344 State st.
S 02-23-1917 Noyes Lull owned the property on Chestnut st. owned in 1917 by Mrs. Fred Martin. Also in F 2/28/17.
F 02-28-1917 Mrs. Sarah Perkins sold her State st. property opposite Lincoln school to Charles Dyer Norton, New York City; property adjoins what was Dr. Dyer homestead, which C. Roy McCanna bought last year. Mr. Norton intends to remodel the interior and use it as a summer home for the Norton family. The colonial style will be followed in a few changes to be made to the outside. S 2/23/17 - Charles Dyer Norton to remodel the interior of the Perkins residence on State st.
F 02-28-1917 C. Roy McCanna recently purchased the old Dr. Dyer homestead and is having plans drawn for a fine new residence he expects to build on the property this year. S 2/16/17 - An architect is drawing plans for the C. Roy McCanna residence to be built on the corner of Kane & Liberty sts.
F 02-28-1917 C. A. Goodwin, Jr., and family moved to Fred Uebele residence on Edward st.
F 02-28-1917 Mr. & Mrs. Henry Tanking moved from Burlington to Kenosha.
F 02-28-1917 William Wolf to move from Wolf farm south of Burlington to his residence on McHenry st.
S 03-02-1917 Frank Weber bought residence on Johnson st., occupied by C. A. Goodwin, Jr., from William H. Bushman. Also in F 2/28/17.
S 03-02-1917 Fred Uhen, Sr., sold residence on Edward st., occupied by John Madden, to son, Vincent Uhen. F 2/28/17 - 495 Edward st.
S 03-02-1917 Dr. F. M. Kyburz rented Zwiebel residence, vacated by Frank Weber, on corner of Geneva & Johnson sts. Also in F 2/28/17.
S 03-02-1917 William Soetebier bought Mrs. Frank Prasch residence on Lewis st. and will move in April 1. Also in F 2/28/17. F 4/18/17 - remodeling.
S 03-02-1917 B. M. "Ben" Schilz bought home on Washington st. and will move from New Munster to Burlington. F 2/28/17 - residence on Washington st. vacated by Fred Uhen.
F 03-07-1917 Al. Wald and family moved from Mrs. M. K. Wilson farm to John Karcher farm vacated by L. G. Marck.
F 03-07-1917 H. J. Wood and family moved to Beloit.
F 03-07-1917 Mr. & Mrs. Fred Coulthard moved to upper flat of Christien residence on Geneva st.
