F 03-28-1917 F. R. Prentice, new Soo Line agent, rented residence on Pine st. vacated by Frank Letz.
S 03-30-1917 Richard / Reinhold Mangold bought Henry Habbeckost / Habecost residence on Perkins blvd. and leased it to his father, John Mangold, Sr., who will take possession next month. F 3/28/17 - Reinhard Mangold, Henry Habbecost.
S 03-30-1917 Fred Uhen sold Henry Schwartz residence property on Lewis st. to Steve McCarthy. Also in F 4/4/17. F 5/3/17 - Steve McCarthy moved to the residence he recently bought on Lewis st.
S 03-30-1917 Henry Steffen sold residence on Edward st., occupied by Mrs. Brennan, to Fred Uhen. Uhen had sold it to Steffen a few years ago. Also in F 4/4/17.
F 04-04-1917 W. F. Uebele bought lot on Wilmot ave. from R. L. Southey.

S 04-06-1917 Fred Steffen sold lot on Henry st. to Henry Habbekost who will build a residence. F 4/4/17 - lot next to O. C. Schultz residence; Habbecost.
S 04-06-1917 Otto Koch and wife sold residence on Herman st. F 4/4/17 - sold to Burlington Brass Works.
S 04-06-1917 Alfred J. Plucker bought 18 acre farm of Henry Rohr at Brown's Lake.
S 04-06-1917 Harry Reynolds bought Robert Brodda property on Conkey st. Also in F 4/4/17. S 5/4/17 - Harry Reynolds and family moved in. Also in F 5/3/17.
