S 08-10-1907 Henry J. Roesing bought property on Washington st., known as Benson homestead, from E. C. Benson estate.
S 08-10-1907 A. Zwiebel, Sr., offers brick house on Geneva st., near Plymouth church, for rent. S 8/17/07 - George Nosker leased Zwiebel residence on corner of Geneva & Johnson sts. and will occupy when Mr. Cubley and family vacate.
S 08-10-1907 Andrew Jacobs and family moved to new residence in Perkins Park.
S 08-10-1907 J. M. Christien bought Mrs. Tulis residence property on McHenry st.
S 08-17-1907 F. A. Schwaller advertises 6 acres near St. Paul depot with 10 room house; sand pit in rear of property. Land could be divided into lots.
S 08-17-1907 Mrs. Dennis McCarthy moved to rooms in Ben H. Rueter residence.
S 08-24-1907 Edward Brook / Brooks built veranda on 2 sides of his Pine st. residence. Cement blocks, columns, steps, and floors give it a massive and substantial appearance.
S 08-24-1907 Barney Wiemer bought residence in Perkins Park, which he has been occupying, from F. Richter, Sr.
S 08-24-1907 William Johnson building new residence on east side of Fox river. Also in F 8/28/07.
S 08-24-1907 Residence known as "mill house," owned by F. G. Klein Co. and occupied by Joseph Lohaus, had close call in fire that started in Wagner Bros. sheds.
F 08-28-1907 Mrs. Barbara Juranek to have house built on lot on east side of Fox river; old house on the lot was bought by Henry Madigan who will move it to a lot nearby and rent it. Alson in S 8/31/07. (House relocation)
F 08-28-1907 Fred Martin and wife moved to Noyes Lull place that they recently bought.
F 08-28-1907 Alvin E. Gooder bought lots 10 and 12, block 6, in Perkins Park from C. B. McCanna. Gooder will build a residence. Also in S 8/31/07.
S 08-31-1907 Foundations completed for new residences of S. M. Reinardy, J. Wien, and Fred Uhen.
S 08-31-1907 Mrs. Lizzie Kennedy moved to Hall residence on corner of Geneva & Dyer sts.
S 08-31-1907 H. C. Hansen and family moved from lake to Uebele residence in Perkins Park. Hansen now in ward 2, so he resigned as first ward alderman.
F 09-04-1907 Adam Beller to move to new residence on Kendall st. S 9/7/07 - Beller and family moved in.
F 09-04-1907 Conrad Roettinger building new residence on east side of Fox river. Also in S 8/31/07.
F 09-04-1907 Frame up and enclosed on Henry Plate's new residence on corner of Pine & Kendall sts. Also in S 8/31/07.
F 09-04-1907 G. C. Cubley and family moved to new Madigan residence on Kane st. Also in S 9/7/07.
F 09-04-1907 Fred Walburg bought Christian Prasch farm of 160 acres, which adjoins his farm in town of Lyons. Possession March 1.
S 09-07-1907 Frank Amann bought 80 acre farm from Lucas Albrecht. F 9/11/07 - farm few miles south of Burlington.
S 09-07-1907 Charles Cook platted William Rasch place on McHenry st. into lots and has named it Cook's Grove addition. F 9/4/07 and S 9/7/07 - advertises 40 lots on McHenry st.
S 09-07-1907 Charles Kaddatz of Slade's Corners bought Dennis McCarthy residence property near Milwaukee Road depot; will rent it out at present. Also in F 9/11/07.
S 09-07-1907 Henry Wentker and family moved to one of new residences recently completed by Joseph Yanny.
