S 06-13-1908 Frank X. Klein bought lot on Kane st., just south of R. Karges, from H. Madigan.
S 07-06-1907 Fred Uebele bought former home of Ben Rossmiller in Perkins Park as an investment.
S 07-06-1907 George McFetridge bought 2 lots at Bohner's lake from Mrs. F. Keuper and Miss Emma Wehmhoff.
S 07-06-1907 Frank Bratz and wife returned from Beloit; moved to Mrs. F. Bratz residence on east side of Fox river.
F 07-10-1907 Theodore Karges sold house on Kane st. to Henry Pruemers; possession in August. Also in S 7/13/07. Karges bought 2 lots on Edward st. from H. A. Runkel and will build residence.
S 07-13-1907 Mrs. Thill residence on corner of Conkey & Amanda sts. to be made larger and built 2 full stories.
S 07-13-1907 George Weinzinger sold saloon and hotel at Genoa Junction, and he and family mopved to Burlington.
S 07-13-1907 H. I. Hawks offers house and lot on Edward st., Perkins Park, for sale. S 8/17/07 - H. I. Hawks and wife to move to Milwaukee.
S 07-20-1907 J. Wien building new residence on Geneva st.; W. F. Albrecht has contract.
S 07-20-1907 Ollie Fiske bought old Kettelhut residence on S. Pine st.
S 07-20-1907 Nick Weiler sold farm of 62 acres, just west of Burlington, to Louis Koller; possession Aug. 1. Weiler took Koller's house in Milwaukee in part payment.
S 07-20-1907 Old Foley residence being moved by Ben Robers from Geneva st. to Schemmer's addition. (House relocation)
S 07-27-1907 Dr. F. H. Roberts rented Hatch residence on Kendall st.; family returned to Burlington.
S 07-27-1907 C. A. Goodwin, Jr., and wife moved to residence of A. E. Spencer.
S 08-03-1907 Joseph Bernert building new 2 story home in Perkins Park. S 8/10/07 - contract to be let later. S 8/31/07 and F 9/4/07 - Salisbury has contract.
S 08-03-1907 Mrs. Frank Uhen has new barn, 20 x 60 feet with 16 foot posts.
S 08-03-1907 Charles F. Noble property is on corner of Lewis & James sts.
S 08-03-1907 Mrs. Fred Martin bought Noyes Lull residence just west of Burlington. S 8/10/07 - Lull to have auction. S 8/24/07 - Mr. & Mrs. Lull moved to Fenton, Iowa.
S 08-03-1907 Morris Schneider rented Hatch residence on Kendall st. for 3 year term. Dr. F. H. Roberts and family moved to Strohm residence on N. Chestnut st.
S 08-03-1907 Prof. J. S. Miller leased new residence on Kane st. just completed by Cement Products Co.
S 08-03-1907 H. C. Hansen leased Ben Rossmiller residence in Perkins Park recently bought by Fred Uebele. S 10/20/16 - on Edward st.
S 08-03-1907 Wm. Kasner bought the new cottage in Perkins Park just erected by Jos. A. Rueter (Edward st.). Consideration $2,900. The sale was made by the F. A. Schwaller Land Co. Also in F 7/31/07 - Kasner will occupy this house.
S 08-03-1907 F. Reuschlein & Son have sold the Frank Zarneke / Zerneke residence property on Frederick street in Perkins Park to Wm. Kasner, of the town of Lyons. Consideration $2,200. Mr. Kasner and family will move to the city in the fall or early winter. Also in F 7/31/07 - Occupied by John A. Schneider. Zarneke moved to Sherry, Wis.
S 08-03-1907 Theodore Henningfeld moved back to Burlington from Phillips, Wis.
S 08-03-1907 W. G. Rasch bought 2 lots on west shore of Brown's lake from William Hockings; to build summer home.
