S 11-09-1907 E. A. Manthey and family moved to Ebbers residence on Chestnut st. recently vacated by Henry Rossmiller.
S 11-09-1907 Charles Cook platted Cook's Grove addition, from the Rasch property on McHenry st. Cook added new porch and electric lights to house he and his wife are occupying and built cement walks.
S 11-09-1907 Mrs. Mae Gadd and daughter moved to their new residence on Tower st. Children of C. W. Hockings to stay with Mrs. Gadd during school days.

S 11-23-1907 B. H. Rothering bought George Norton house on Lewis st. which he will remodel and occupy. S 11/30/07 - B. H. Rothering and wife moved to Lewis st. residence.
S 11-23-1907 William Thesdorf / Testdorf bought Mrs. Barbara Juranek residence on east side of Fox river from H. Madigan.
S 11-23-1907 Edwin Caldwell bought 4 lots in Burlington Heights, facing Chestnut st., and the plateau immediately adjoining the rear of the lots from Anthony Novak. Caldwell will erect a colonial style residence devoting the 4 lot frontage to terraces, trees, shrubs, and flower beds. (Hill Crest)
S 11-23-1907 George Wightman and family moved to Slade's Corners to live with Mrs. Wightman's father on the Breuer farm.
S 11-23-1907 Ebbers Bros., who bought Wambold property on Chestnut st., planning to build 2 residences, one on each side of present residence.
F 11-27-1907 George Wightman and family moved from Burlington to Breuer farm near Slades Corners.
F 11-27-1907 Henry Siehoff has separated the Buell residence on Kane st. and moved part of the same to the adjoining lot, practically making two houses out of one. (House relocation)
S 11-30-1907 W. R. Jones bought Edwin Caldwell residence property on Lewis st.; possession next spring. Spring Prairie col. - Will Jones. Also in F 11/27/07. S 2/22/08 - Jones and family moved to Burlington.
S 12-07-1907 C. F. Noble offers residence on Lewis st., near Tower st., for sale; plans to move to Denver. (2)
S 12-07-1907 Leo Bauman bought of his mother the old Bauman homestead; possession in spring when Mrs. L. Bauman will move to Burlington.
S 12-21-1907 Joseph A. Rueter building new residence on Washington st. next to Congregational church.
