S 12-21-1907 Resolutions and plats submitted to council for Kenilworth Park and Patterson's Park.
S 03-02-1907 Charles H. Miller, on Horace Cocroft farm for several years, leased Stoel and Rooker farm on Vienna rd. and takes possession next week. Also, Stoel and Rooker to have auction on farm -1/2 mile from Burlington city limits.
S 03-02-1907 Christina Boschert estate property - westerly 4 rods of lots 13 and 14, block 6, Perkins West addition (at Kendall st. & Reynolds ave.) - to be auctioned March 25.
S 03-02-1907 Ed Brierly rented Kuester residence on N. Chestnut st. and will move in.
S 03-02-1907 Anton King bought 8 acre wood lot in town of Burlington from Ben Meyer.

F 03-06-1907 Henry Rossmiller sold his residence property on McHenry st. near the brewery to Mrs. Anna Arndt. Also in S 3/9/07 - Mrs. Arndt to move to Burlington from farm.

S 03-16-1907 Herman C. Jeske, on old Daniel Warren farm 2-1/2 miles southeast of Burlington, to quit farming and have auction. Also, Jeske sold the 139 acre farm to F. A. Schwaller Land Co.
S 03-16-1907 Adam Biex rented W. H. Bushman cottage just vacated by Matt Smith, who moved to Milwaukee.
