S 05-11-1907 William Bell putting up a new house in Perkins Park.
S 05-11-1907 Andrew Jacob putting up a new residence in Perkins Park.
S 05-11-1907 Hogan Truan and family of Spring Prairie moved to Stoetzer residence on east side of White river.
S 05-11-1907 Charles Zimmer added front porch to his residence on Lewis st.
F 05-15-1907 Ferdinand Richter recently bought the Ball property on the corner of West & Madison sts.; he will remodel the existing house and put up two new houses on the property. S 5/4/07 - lots 6 and 7, block 48. S 5/18/07 - Richter remodeling and putting addition on residence.
S 05-18-1907 F. Richter sold two residences on east side of Fox river to George Smith, who moved in, and John Lumley, who bought the corner lot.
S 05-18-1907 Henry A. Runkel bought last lots in subdivision in Perkins Park laid out by the Burlington Land & Improvement Co. Company sold lot 6, block 5, to Henry Madigan; lots 8, 9, 10,11,12 and 14, block 1, to C. B. McCanna; lot 7, block 6, to Hiram Wood; and lots 9 and 10, block 7, and lot 15, block 5, to Henry A. Runkel; last of 125 lots, about half of which are occupied by residences.
S 05-18-1907 William C. Wilson bought Henry E. Dahlman farm just north of Burlington; about 400 acres with modern residence. Also in F 5/22/07 - just northwest of city.
S 05-18-1907 Charles Kummers and family moved to McCanna residence on east side of Fox river.
S 05-18-1907 H. W. Ayers to auction personal property on Henry Dahlman farm northwest of Burlington on Vienna rd.
S 05-18-1907 F. E. Kellogg bought Madigan residence in Perkins Park occupied by John Marquis.
S 05-18-1907 Mrs. Frank Miller's (nee Sabina Griebel) childhood home was on Siegel st., where Mrs. P. Baumann and Frank Griebel are living.
S 05-25-1907 New cement walks for Peter Zirbes residence on Origen st., P. N. Angsten residence on Geneva st., and George Zwiebel residence on Jefferson st.
S 05-25-1907 R. W. Spafford, piano tuner, moved from Antioch to Mrs. Vaughn residence on east side of Fox river.
S 05-25-1907 Henry Madigan bought 2 lots on Perkins Park, facing Kane st., from T. W. Buell.
S 05-25-1907 Excavation for Henry Plate's new residence on corner of Pine & Kendall sts. completed; Fred Rewald to build residence.
S 05-25-1907 Charles H. Keuper bought lot 16, block 2, Perkins Park, from F. Richter, Jr.
S 05-25-1907 John Luke bought lot 4, block 2, from Joseph Jacobs.
S 05-25-1907 Fred McLaughlin offered 7 room house and barn on McHenry st. for rent.
F 05-29-1907 Henry Siehoff bought property occupied by F. J. Buell family on corner of Liberty & Kane sts. last winter; possession June 1. S 6/1/07 - Buells moved to summer home at Brown's lake.
S 06-01-1907 S. M. Reinardy building a new residence on Washington st.; Joseph A. Rueter & Bro., contractor. S 6/15/07 - Excavation started on S. M. Reinardy residence on Washington st.
S 06-01-1907 Charles Cook bought William Rasch property on McHenry st. from Mrs. Viola Williams.
S 06-01-1907 H. A. Runkel and A. McKercher bought lots on Edward st. in Perkins Park from T. W. Buell.
S 06-01-1907 John C. Peterson bought Dolister property near the St. Paul depot.
S 06-01-1907 M. F. Collings and family moved from Burlington to Shakopee, Minn.
