S 06-01-1907 Orville McLaughlin bought store and saloon at Calhoun and moved there.
S 06-01-1907 B. Brehm & Sons advertise residence adjoining office, vacated by Frank Huebner, for rent.
S 06-08-1907 New well drilled on Buell & Foltz farm north of Burlington.
S 06-08-1907 Adam Beller building new residence; E. L. Anderson has the contract. S 6/29/07 - Adam Beller building new residence near high school (on Kendall st. near Conkey Street School).
S 06-08-1907 C. H. Cocroft added porch to his residence.
S 06-08-1907 Sebastian Schulz having well drilled on Conkey st. place he recently bought.
S 06-15-1907 F. H. Hastings bought residence occupied by William Hoppe in Perkins North Park from Hoppe; possession Nov. 1. Hoppe will start work on a new home on the adjoining corner lot.
S 06-15-1907 Hiram Wood moved his house from sand pit near St. Paul track to Perkins Park where he recently put up a foundation. He will remodel the residence. (House relocation)
S 06-15-1907 W. G. Sproat and family leased part of Dr. F. E. Stone summer home at Brown's lake.
S 06-22-1907 Dobberstein residence on McHenry st. being torn down. To be rebuilt this summer.
S 06-22-1907 Fred Uhen has plans for 2 new residences he will build on the old Foley property on Geneva st. Uhen sold house on property to F. Schemmer, who will move it to Schemmer's addition at once. S 7/20/07 - Uhen sold 17 feet of Foley property to J. Wien; Uhen will build only one house.
S 06-22-1907 Mr. & Mrs. Harry K. Harlow (nee Eleanor Willich) to live in Geheb flat on Pine st.
S 06-22-1907 Henry Henning and family moved from Elkhorn to house on Dahlman farm; Henning to work for W. C. Wilson.
S 06-22-1907 John Lockmett and family moved to Milwaukee.
S 06-22-1907 William Falk offers for sale residence occupied by William Wald in Perkins Park.
F 06-26-1907 Al. Reuschlein to build new residence on corner of Chestnut & Kendall sts. S 6/29/07 - work started. S 8/17/07 - Frame up and enclosed.
S 06-29-1907 Fred Rewald building new residence on corner of Lewis & Kendall sts.
S 06-29-1907 El. Stone and family moved to Mrs. Prasch residence on Conkey st.
S 06-29-1907 C. E. Reed bought Al. Reuschlein residence on N. Chestnut st. S 7/6/07 - Miss Carrie Reed, not C. E. was the buyer. S 8/31/07 - Roy Middleton and Carrie Reed, married Aug. 27, to live in house. F 9/4/07 - Roy Middleton married Carrie Reed at home the bride recently bought on Chestnut st.
S 06-29-1907 Wm. Kasner has sold his farm of 100 acres located just southwest of the city in the town of Lyons, to August Yung, of Zenda. Consideration $7,700. Possession to be given the first of December. F. Reuschlein & Son made the sale. Also in F 7/3/07 - Jung. (Note: Mr. Gacke / Goecke owned farm before Mr. Kasner. As of 1979, Mrs. George L. (Maude) Cook had owned it for many years.)
S 06-29-1907 John Killian and family moved to Fort Scott, Kansas.
S 06-29-1907 R. H. Fitch and wife moved back to Burlington. S 7/6/07 - leased Mrs. Stiles residence on Origen st. from Louis Rein.
S 06-29-1907 Martin Vandenboom and Lizzie Cook, married June 25, to live on Siehoff farm.
S 07-06-1907 Ollie Fiske building new residence in Perkins Park.
S 07-06-1907 William E. Rein has plans prepared for two-flat building, 25 x 46-1/2 feet, he will build on Pine st. S 7/27/07 - E. L. Anderson has the contract.
