F 01-18-1911 Herman Braun bought 2 houses and 6 lots in Burlington from Charles Mather. Also in S 1/20/11 - Mather bought Braun's farm. F 2/1/11 - Braun moved to house on Wilmot ave. vacated by Mather.

S 01-27-1911 Conductor C. I. Harding of the electric line rented Henning place adjoining Jahn's park at west city limits. S 3/3/11 - C. I. Harding moved to place on Chestnut st. vacated by Henry Henning.
