S 11-18-1910 A. A. Schuette bought from H. Madigan the residence on Kane st. occupied by the Schuette family. (1910 census, Burlington, p. 7B - 390 Kane st., Albert and Lillian Schuette) Also in F 11/16/10.
F 11-23-1910 Ed Perkins sold house and lot on Lewis st. to H. J. Kortendick. Possession 3/1/11. S 11/25/10 - Henry J. Kortendick, who rented his farm to Van Hill.
F 11-23-1910 Herman Vos / Vohs bought Fred Pagel Farm of 40 acres southwest of Lyons. Possession 3/1/11. Also in S 11/25/10. F 2/8/11 - Vohs moved to farm.
F 11-23-1910 Mrs. E. Diener rented George W. Fiske residence on Lewis st. and will occupy it for the winter.
S 11-25-1910 William J. Strohm moved to Buell-Foltz farm adjoining city that he has rented for a term of years.
S 11-25-1910 E. C. Johnson and Etna Thronsen, married Nov. 17, rented Zwiebel residence at 604 Geneva st.
S 11-25-1910 Henry Gerber and family moved from Waterford to George McDonald farm on Spring Prairie vacated by William J. Strohm.
S 11-25-1910 Henry Baumgart moved from Rochester to Herman Schulz residence on Kendall st.
S 11-25-1910 A. F. Klaehn rented Ed. Perkins farm on Spring Prairie occupied by Frank Sharp last 2 years.
S 11-25-1910 8 room house at corner of Duane & Randolph sts. for rent; inquire at Ebbers Bros.
F 11-30-1910 Frank Weinman bought residence on corner of Chestnut and Conkey from Mrs. J. H. Karcher. S 11/25/10 - Mrs. Karcher to reside in home for present.
F 11-30-1910 E. Brook / Brooks sold two lots on Wilmot ave. just south of Mrs. Canfield's property - one to H. W. Bloomberg and one to J. Wien. Also in S 12/2/10. F 11/30/10 - J. Wien bought old Charles Beller barn and will move it to lot on Wilmot ave. bought from E. Brook, next to George Canfield's, and will remodel it into a dwelling house. (House relocation)
F 11-30-1910 Jay Rooker bought the lot and barn on Lewis st. between his place and Ed Perkins; will build new house on lot next year. S 12/2/10 - Rooker bought lot just south of Mrs. Ed Perkins residence on Lewis st.
F 11-30-1910 Ray Adams bought lot on Kendall st. from Mrs. Ed. Perkins (Bensonhurst).
F 11-30-1910 Henry Baumgart and family moved to Burlington from Rochester and are occupying the Herman Schulz residence on Kendall st.
S 12-02-1910 C. E. Markham and wife occupying Mrs. F. J. Prasch residence on Lewis st. Also in F 11/30/10.
F 12-07-1910 William Hoppe building new cottage on Chestnut st. next to William Rein's. S 12/9/10 - building another cottage on lot.
F 12-07-1910 Mrs. E. Ward home was at 639 Kendall st.
S 12-09-1910 Mrs. M. K. Wilson and H. L. Gardner to have auction sale on Mrs. Wilson's farm near St. Paul depot. Farm has been rented out.
S 12-09-1910 William F. Rothering and family occupying Rothering's new residence on Geneva st.
F 12-14-1910 Lot on Jefferson st., belonging to Mrs. J. E. Mealy and known as part of the old Faitoute property, is sold to Frank Gill who will build a residence in the near future. S 12/16/10 - Mrs. James Mealy.
F 12-14-1910 Mrs. George P. Goodwin sold residence property on S. Pine st. to Charley Markham. Possession Jan. 1. S 12/16/10 - C. E. Markham.
S 12-23-1910 Nick Olsen, on Cook farm just west of Burlington, moved to Marinette County with family.
F 12-28-1910 William Soetebier, Jr., and family moved to new home on Chestnut st. Also in S 12/30/10.
F 12-28-1910 H. Bloomberg and family moved to rooms over his grocery store.
