S 03-03-1911 Henry Hallen moved family from Lyons to residence on Origen st.
S 03-03-1911 Val Ganz and family moved from Adolf Karcher farm to farm in town of Geneva which they rented. Also in F 3/8/11.
S 03-03-1911 Joe Sobbe moved to Adolph Karcher farm vacated by Val Ganz and family.
S 03-03-1911 Orley J. Miller and family moved from Burlington to Fowler farm at Troy Center.
S 03-03-1911 Ernest Baumeister building an addition to and remodeling residence he owns on State st. F 3/8/11 - E. A. Burmeister enlarging and remodeling his residence at 343 State st. on east side of Fox river.
F 03-08-1911 John Schmitt and wife moved from 608 Jefferson st. to Joseph Jacobs residence in Perkins Park where Hugo Raettig and family have been living.
F 03-08-1911 Al Konst sold residence on Herman st. to his mother, Mrs. Herman Konst. Also in S 3/10/11.
F 03-08-1911 Louis Jensen sold Hogan Olson farm of 160 acres 2 miles south of Burlington to G. C. Rasch. Also in S 3/10/11. F 3/29/11 - Ed Zubrod / Subrod moved to farm.
F 03-08-1911 Old Nagle / Nagel residence on Chestnut st. being torn down by Mrs. J. F. Cunningham and lumber hauled to farm; new residence will be built on site of old one. Also in S 3/3/11.
F 03-08-1911 William Frahm moved to new residence he bought on Schemmer st.
F 03-08-1911 H. Reminger and family moved from Lyons to Howard Wood’s residence (Highland ave.); Wood and wife living with her mother, Mrs. Martin.
S 03-10-1911 E. D. Perkins is building new residence on Kendall street in "Bensonhurst" addition; to be 33 x 43, 2 stories and basement, with 1st story cement blocks and second story frame. Also in F 3/15/11 - Pepke & Schauwitzer awarded contract for building E. D. Perkins new residence on Kendall st.

S 03-24-1911 E. A. McEachron bought 2-1/2 acres on Rochester rd. from P. J. Verhalen; plans to build residence.
