S 09-18-1914 Gaylord Keyes rented and moved from farm near Elkhorn to Ammend residence on McHenry st.
S 04-04-1913 Ed. Gysen / Gysin moved to residence just completed by Henry A. Rueter on Kendall st.
F 04-09-1913 John Gallagher and wife and Mrs. John Schroeder living in old Simpson place on Pine st. (c/b Security Lightning Rod Co. residence). Also in S 4/4/13 - moved in.
S 04-04-1913 Frank Wisnefski and Carrie Kuhn, married March 31, to live on Vern Stockwell farm near Salem.
F 04-09-1913 Martin Prailes bought 120-acre farm of his father, N. S. Prailes, south of the Milwaukee depot. Also in S 4/11/13. F 5/14/13 - Martin Prailes is remodeling the residence on the farm.

S 04-11-1913 Dr. G. E. Newell bought Mrs. P. T. Kopplin residence property on the corner of Chestnut & Herman sts.

F 04-23-1913 Frank Beller rented house on Kendall st. formerly used as Burlington hospital. S 4/25/13 - corner of Kendall & Amanda sts. - Buttles residence. (S 5/14/15 - Beller living on site of former Multiscope & Film Co. factory building that was destroyed by fire in 1901.)
S 04-25-1913 W. R. Devor bought part of the lot on Washington st. between Roesing & Haas and M. P. Petrie properties; bought from Mrs. C. F. (Louise) Keuper. Also in F 4/23/13.
