S 05-30-1913 Joseph Uhen bought lot on Perkins blvd. from Joseph Jacobs and will build residence.
F 06-04-1913 Frank Ranker and family moved to new home on Johnson st. Also in S 6/6/13.
F 06-04-1913 Joseph Brimm, brother-in-law of J. Wien, to occupy house on Randolph st. that Ben Roanhouse recently bought from Charles Kaddatz. Also in S 5/30/13.
F 06-04-1913 Henry Siehoff sold 127-acre farm 1 mile southeast of city to brother-in-law Martin Vandenboom. Also in S 6/6/13.
S 06-06-1913 George Weithaus bought farm of 120 acres near Hale's Corners and rented it out.
S 06-06-1913 Ernst Burmeister and family moved to residence vacated by Frank Ranker.

S 06-20-1913 Ed Walters and Ed Gyssen / Gysin bought lots in Prasch subdivision.
S 06-27-1913 A. Boehm and family vacated Hillman residence on Lewis st. and returned to Chicago.

S 06-27-1913 Theodore Huening and Pearl Haysley, married June 24, to live in Schmidt / Schmitt flat on corner of Washington & Dyer sts.
S 07-04-1913 Henry Plate built the saloon and residence opposite the Soo line depot. He conducted the saloon and boarding house for 20 years and in the meantime built another house on the corner opposite. Also in F 7/9/13.
S 07-04-1913 New homes of C. B. McCanna on north shore of Brown's lake and F. H. Hastings at Bayshore nearing completion.
S 07-04-1913 Charles Stier bought Thomas Bottomley farm of 80 acres from Andrew Wisnefski.
S 07-04-1912 Mrs. Carter and family moved into Nehls residence on Lewis st.
S 07-11-1913 Fire at J. E. Bartholf residence on Washington st. confined to attic; house occupied by Bartholf, Mr. & Mrs. W. H. Hubbard, and roomer Dick Ball.
F 07-23-1913 Frank Harter has the foundation completed for a new house on West Geneva st.; Joseph A. Rueter had the contract for building the house. Also in S 7/18/13. F 9/10/13 - Frank Harter and family now occupying the residence. 1914 Directory shows Frank Harter at 813 Geneva st.
F 07-23-1913 For sale: Family residence of John Leber, deceased, opposite the home of Rev. Bertram. F 10/8/13 - to be sold at public auction.
