S 08-29-1913 Frank Kaddatz rented and moved to Schwaller dwelling house on Jefferson st.
S 08-29-1913 Frank Weber and family moved from Union Grove to 620 Geneva st.
S 09-05-1913 Frank Harter and family moved to new home on Geneva st.
S 09-05-1913 Mr. & Mrs. C. E. Valley moved from Lyons to rooms in J. E. Bartholf residence on Washington st.
F 09-10-1913 R. L. Southey sold residence on corner of Henry & Frederick sts. to J. E. Wren. Also in S 9/12/13. F 9/17/13 and S 9/19/13 - Southey will build new residence on corner of Edward (Perkins blvd.) & Robert sts.
F 09-10-1913 Joseph Schiller bought Sutton property on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts. near the Blanket factory. Also in S 9/12/13. (In April 25, 1903 ad, Mrs. Kate Sutton said: I am now prepared to take boarders at my residence on Chestnut street, near factory of Burlington Blanket Co.)

F 09-17-1913 John Madden leased Brehm residence on corner of West & State sts. Also in S 9/12/13 and S 9/19/13. F 10/8/13 - L. J. Madden and family occupy house on corner of State st. & Perkins blvd.
F 09-17-1913 Joseph David sold residence on Perkins blvd. next to the Methodist church to George G. Mathews. Also in S 9/19/13 - adjoins home of Mrs. Charles Loomis.
F 09-17-1913 Mr. & Mrs. Edwin Caldwell rented flat in Chicago where they will make their future home. S 9/26/13 - moved.
S 09-19-1913 John Koenen rented Fred Steffen farm in southern part of town of Burlington.

S 09-19-1913 Fire at E. Heg summer home at Brown's lake on Sept. 15 caused considerable damage.

F 09-24-1913 Mrs. Alma Folts and daughter, Dorothy Pettibone, went to Madison where Dorothy will attend the University of Wisconsin. Mrs. Folts has rented her residence on Liberty st. to H. W. Wegwart. Also in S 9/26/13.
S 09-26-1913 George Saul and family moved to flat over John McCarthy's store.
S 09-26-1913 Mr. Gilday, Soo Line conductor, rented F. Reuschlein residence on Geneva st.
F 10-01-1913 Fred F. Itzin building new residence in Prasch subdivision on Geneva st. Also in S 9/26/13.
S 10-03-1913 Joe David leased Armour residence on Liberty st. and will move in. F 10/8/13 - David moved to part of George Armour residence on Liberty st. while David's new residence is built on Kane st.
