S 08-22-1919 Leo Bauman bought A. Zwiebel, Sr., residence on corner of Washington & Johnson sts. Also in F 8/28/19. (First reported as Bruno J. Bauman; corrected to Leo.) S 8/29/19 - Leo Bauman to move in. F 9/4/19 - Leo Bauman remodeling before moving in.
S 08-22-1919 Mrs. Mary Kummers sold residence on Main st. to Fred Johnson. F 8/14/19 - Arthur Johnson; possession Sept. 1.
F 08-28-1919 Harry Bauman bought Leo Bauman's 160 acre farm near English Settlement; possession Nov. 1.
F 08-28-1919 Fred Ketterhagen bought Harry Bauman's 90 acre farm near English Settlement; possession Nov. 1.
F 08-28-1919 Richard Weyrough leased and moved to part of Mrs. Herman Kester's residence on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts.
