S 05-02-1919 R. W. Titus bought Hurtgen residence on West Geneva st. from Harry K. Harlow and moved in. Also in F 5/1/19.
S 05-02-1919 Howard Ball bought R. H. Olmstead farm on Brown's Lake road. F 5/1/19 - Howard J. Ball bought 51 acre farm; possession May 12.
S 05-02-1919 William Ketterhagen bought brother John F. Ketterhagen's farm on old Racine road. Also in F 5/8/19. F 5/8/19 - William H. Ketterhagen and Henrietta King, married May 7, to live on J. F. Ketterhagen farm which groom recently bought.
S 05-02-1919 Clarence Zimmermann moved to residence in Prasch addition bought from Fred Blackburn. Also in F 5/1/19.
F 05-08-1919 John F. Ketterhagen, who sold farm on old Racine rd. to brother, William, will move to farm near Stanley, Wis.
F 05-08-1919 Frank H. Vos to build new garage in rear of his property on Geneva st. on site of barn that burned last fall.
F 05-08-1919 Mr. & Mrs. O. R. Heineman moved to rooms over Christien's shoe store.
F 05-08-1919 Heavy wind storm, with cyclone tendency, caused considerable damage May 6 on Theodore Alby farm, 3 miles north of Burlington.
S 05-09-1919 R. H. Olmstead bought Frank Larson place near St. Paul depot / Milwaukee depot. Also in F 5/1/19.
S 05-09-1919 Frank Schierman sold residence property on McHenry st. to E. J. Brown. Also in F 5/15/19.
S 05-09-1919 T. J. Shinners leased Newton Bottomley residence on Highland ave. F 5/1/19 - William Shinners rented Bottomley residence at 647 Highland ave.
S 05-09-1919 John Best bought Frank Cook residence on corner of Pine st. (Wilmot ave.) & Chandler blvd. Also in F 5/15/19. F 5/29/19 and S 5/30/19 - Best and wife moved to new home on Wilmot ave.
S 05-09-1919 John Reineman bought H. W. Koch's residence property on Chestnut st. Also in F 5/1/19.
S 05-09-1919 Wisconsin Condensed Milk Co. to build warehouse across Washington st. from its main factory building on site now occupied by two cottages. The two cottages have been sold to Ernest Schultz who will move them to lots he owns on Frederick st. (House relocation)
F 05-15-1919 Frank Cook to move to house on Pine st. vacated by Howard Ball.
F 05-15-1919 J. J. Lalor / Lawler and family moved from Burlington (one of Wolf residences on McHenry st.) to Elkhorn.
F 05-15-1919 Henry Cunningham and family moved from Burlington to Gray's Lake.
F 05-15-1919 Henry Kies and family to move to Mrs. H. Konst residence near high school building (corner of Amanda & Conkey sts.).
F 05-15-1919 Joe Mikula moved family from Spring Prairie to J. M. Christien residence on Tower st.
S 05-16-1919 A. Simonson, who bought Mrs. F. J. Buell's cottage at Brown's lake, bought adjoining property of Mrs. Andrew Patterson. F 5/22/19 - Arthur Simonson making changes and improvements.
S 05-16-1919 Harry A. Terry and family moved to Rueter residence on Jefferson st.
S 05-16-1919 Frank Reihl bought Nic Leipold residence on Perkins blvd. (443 Perkins blvd.) that he has been occupying. F 5/15/19 - Riehl.
F 05-15-1919 Bernard Yanny and Henry J. Yanny of this city have purchased the William Dennis (St. Dennis) farm of 81 acres, located one mile west of the city, known as the Albert Hoffman farm, including all the personal property, and will take possession at once. Consideration, $15,750. Deal made by The Schiefen Realty Co. of Burlington.
S 05-16-1919 Ben and Henry Yanny bought the farm and personal property of William St. Dennis just west of Burlington and took possession yesterday morning.
S 05-16-1919 Theodore C. Lightfield bought residence on Chestnut st., occupied by O. R. Heineman, from H. W. Lawton. F 5/15/19 (2) - Lightfield bought Lawton homestead and rented it to F. R. Prentice.
