S 09-12-1919 Leo Schenk sold new bungalow in Prasch subdivision to W. K. Porter. F 9/11/19 - Porter lived there past year.
S 09-12-1919 George Weiler bought Mrs. Gertrude Schneider residence on the corner of Kane & Frederick sts. F 9/11/19 - Mrs. Schneider to move to Chicago. S 11/7/19 - Weiler family moved in.
S 09-12-1919 Henry Busch bought 2 lots in Weiler's addition from Mrs. Jessie Caldwell. Also in F 9/18/19.
S 09-12-1919 Fred Uhen sold Brown's lake home next to N. G. Behles summer home to a Racine club. F 10/19/19 - South Side Bowling club of Racine bought Fred Uhen cottage on west shore.

F 09-18-1919 Joseph Skotski rented Mamie Luttermann's Conkey st. home; Miss Luttermann to Milwaukee. F 9/25/19 - Skotski and Evelyn Albright, married Sept. 17, to live at 586 Conkey st.

F 9/18/19 - Chauncey Brainerd farm of 80 acres south of St. Paul depot / Milwaukee depot. F 9/25/19 - 104 acre farm.
S 09-19-1919 John McCarthy residence on Conkey st. sold to William Smith. Also in F 9/18/19.
S 09-19-1919 Edwin Moe house on Storle ave. sold to William Funk. F 9/18/19 - was recently occupied by Orrin Moe and wife.
S 09-19-1919 John Smith and wife moved to new residence on Frederick st. just completed by Olaf Hoganson. Also in F 9/25/19.
S 09-19-1919 Jack Lynch of Chicago bought lot 13 in Uhen's Park, Brown's lake, from Fred Uhen, Jr. (James “Lefty” Lynch?)

F 09-25-1919 Conrad Waldvogel and wife moved to flat in Rose block on Chestnut st. Also in S 9/19/19.
