F 04-05-1911 C. A. Jones sold 30 feet on south side of Dyer street property to H. Simpson, giving Simpson 96 feet frontage on Dyer for new residence. Mr. Simpson has sold Jackson house on the property to Mrs. C. E. Keuper, who will move it to a lot on McHenry street. Also in S 4/7/11, but Henry st.
