F 03-20-1912 Mrs. Sophia Pursley sold residence property at 770 Chestnut st. to Henry Pihringer. S 3/22/12 - Henry J. Pihringer and Mrs. David Pursley; possession May 1. F 5/15/12 - Pihringer moved in.
F 03-20-1912 William Toelle acquired residence property of Mrs. Herman Braun on Wilmot ave. in trade. Also in S 3/22/12. F 3/27/12 - Toelles moved in from Lake Geneva.

F 03-27-1912 James DeGrave bought house in Prasch subdivision. S 3/22/12 - DeGrave bought lot on Elmwood ave. in new Prasch subdivision and expects to build home.
F 03-27-1912 Cady Farmer bought lot on Herman st. from Otto Koch and will build residence. Also in S 3/29/12.
F 03-27-1912 Henry A. Rueter sold house on Perkins blvd. to Mrs. Flora Korn. S 3/29/12 - Theodore W. Korn bought new Rueter house on Perkins blvd.; traded lot on Kendall st. in Bensonhurst addition to Rueter, who will build another residence. F 4/3/12 - Mrs. Flora Korn and family have moved to the residence on Perkins Boulevard purchased by Theo. W. Korn of Henry A. Rueter. Mr. Rueter took in trade the lot Mr. Korn owned in the Bensonhurst addition on Kendall street, and on which he will erect another residence.
S 03-29-1912 H. L. Gardner to build residence on his McHenry st. lot this summer.
S 03-29-1912 Ed. Weltke / Welke bought lot 15 in Uhen's Park, Brown's lake, from Fred Uhen and will build residence this summer.
S 03-29-1912 George E. Taylor and family moved from Schemmer st. to Henry Ebbers, Jr., residence on Randolph st.
S 03-29-1912 Xaver / Francis Xavier Wolf moved from Schemmer st. residence to farm to live with son, Frank.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.

Whitman School is open by appointment or for special events.
