S 12-01-1911 Miss Ann C. Koller acquired Hall residence on corner of Geneva and Dyer from Rev. Jacobs. Also in F 11/29/11 - Anna C. Koller.
S 12-01-1911 Mrs. F. C. Mohs and family moved to their new residence on Herman st.
S 12-01-1911 F. A. Schwaller Land Co. bought 48 acres of Frank Grass farm on east shore of Bohner's lake and has platted same.
S 12-01-1911 Chimney fire at residence occupied by Arthur Johnson on corner of Calumet & Washington sts. did little damage.
F 12-06-1911 William Rothering is building a new residence near the Catholic cemetery. (Note: not clear where this residence was.)
S 12-08-1911 Arthur Ball and family moved to new home on Conkey st. S 12/22/11 - Art Ball and family moved to new home on Conkey st. this week. Also in F 12/6/11.
F 12-13-1911 John M. Uhen to tear down old building and build new house on Dr. Bower's place (on northeast corner of West & Jefferson sts.).
S 12-15-1911 H. W. Bloomberg and family moved to Novak residence on corner of Geneva & Johnson sts.
S 12-15-1911 Herbert Valley moved family back to their own residence in Perkins South Park.
F 12-20-1911 J. A. Bieneman bought Ben Rossmiller residence on Perkins blvd. S 12/22/11 - James A. Bieneman, possession March 1.
S 12-22-1911 R. C. Bucholtz and wife moved to new home on Kendall st. in Bensonhurst addition.
S 12-22-1911 Reported that August Thiede had purchased Hinzpeter farm in town of Burlington.
F 12-27-1911 Dr. W. A. Fulton bought Mrs. H. LaHann property on corner of Geneva & Lewis sts. Also in S 12/29/11 - Fulton occupying property.
F 12-27-1911 C. A. Jones sold property at 548 Washington st. to Fred Uhen. S 1/12/12 - Fred Uhen bought from C. A. Jones a residence on Washington st. adjoining H. J. Roesing's.
S 12-29-1911 Ben Roanhouse bought Charles Beller farm of 120 acres 2 miles south of Burlington; possession March 1. S 1/5/12 - Beller to auction personal property on farm he sold 2 miles southeast of Burlington on Kenosha rd.
F 01-03-1912 Charles Beller purchased of Chris Oldenburg what is known as the Diener residence on the east end of the Fox River bridge. Also in S 12/29/11 - to move in March 1.
S 01-05-1912 Fred Uhen sold residence on Edward st. to Henry Steffen; possession March 1.
S 01-05-1912 D. C. Fraser to move family to Joseph A. Rueter cottage on McHenry st. when completed about Jan. 15.
S 01-05-1912 Small fire at rear of barn at residence of Thomas Ryan on Schemmer st.
S 01-05-1912 M. McNamara, taking treatment at Dr. Newell's, leased part of Jones residence on Geneva st. and moved in.
S 01-12-1912 Fred Uhen bought from C. A. Jones the residence property on Washington st. adjoining H. J. Roesing's; lot has frontage of 50 feet and is 124 feet deep.
S 01-26-1912 Before his death, Anton Sukowske rented flat over Tichlofen & Leber cigar factory on Pine st.
S 01-26-1912 Fred Uhen sold 36 feet on rear end of lot 5 in block 2, Perkins North Park, containing his barn to Henry Steffen.
S 01-26-1912 Andrew Miller and Mrs. M. L. Miller, married last Oct., to live at home of Mrs. M. K. Wilson.
S 01-26-1912 Mr. & Mrs. William Marmueller / Marmiller lived in old Catholic parsonage on McHenry st.
