S 01-19-1917 Floyd E. Jacquith and Adolph Magnhan, both married to daughters of John Peterson, bought lots in Perkins Park. F 1/17/17 - Floyd E. and Carrie Jaquith bought lot 15, block 14, and Adolph and Annie Magnan bought lot 13, block 14, in Perkins South Park.
S 01-28-1916 Henry Busch bought Pickel property on Lyons road just west of city. Also in F 1/26/16. S 2/4/16 - report of purchase denied; but S 4/7/16 and F 4/5/16 - Henry Busch and family moved to the Pickel property just west of the city.
S 01-28-1916 Ella Hannas bequeathed $5,000 and use of E. N. White homestead on Liberty st. during her life. After her death, property to go to White's oldest living great grandchild.
S 01-28-1916 I. G. Wheeler and family moved to Frank Finke residence on Edward st. that he bought last fall.
S 01-28-1916 R. W. Evans leased Olson residence on corner of Amanda & Conkey sts. and will move in.
F 02-02-1916 Mr. & Mrs. Charles Brandes to occupy the (Albrecht) residence they recently bought on Henry st.
S 02-04-1916 Joseph G. Johann to conduct what is known as Sawyer farm south of Burlington for G. C. Rasch as dairy farm.
S 02-04-1916 Mr. & Mrs. Frank Larsen have home near Milwaukee depot / St. Paul depot.
S 02-04-1916 J. L. Morrissey, Standard Oil Agent, leased and moved family to residence on Kendall st. recently vacated by William F. Reineman.
S 02-04-1916 Olaf Hogenson / Hoganson offers home and lot on Wilmot ave. and house and lot on corner of Frederick & Henry sts. for sale.
S 02-04-1916 Joseph Uhen rented out his farm, formerly known as the Rogers farm, 4 miles southeast of Burlington on Kenosha rd.
S 02-04-1916 Thomas Finlayson, on Lincoln Ice. Co. farm on south shore of Brown's lake for several years, to sell personal property at auction.
S 02-11-1916 Henry Weygand sold residence property on Highland ave. to Charles McCumber. Also in F 2/16/16.
S 02-11-1916 Miss Carrie McKercher bought lot on Mather estate on Kane st. adjoining Art Jacobson residence and intends to build next summer. Also in F 2/9/16. S 6/23/16 and F 6/28/16 - work started. F 10/18/16 - moved in.
S 02-11-1916 Residence on McHenry st. for rent; apply to Mrs. Adolph Rossmiller.
S 02-11-1916 Herman Isferding offers 8 room residence, barn, chicken house, and 2 acres for sale.
S 02-11-1916 Mr. & Mrs. Louis Recknagel living at Edgewood farm.
S 02-18-1916 Harry L. Terry bought from Ed Gillespie the lot on Johnson st. known as the Malady property. Terry also bought the residence on the corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts. from C. B. Wagner, Jr., and will move it to Johnson st. lot. Wagner plans to build a new and more modern home on the corner. Also in F 2/23/16. (House relocation)
S 02-18-1916 Rev. & Mrs. E. V. Schroeder occupy the Holy Cross Lutheran parsonage at 616 West st. The parsonage has been thoroughly overhauled - electric lights, paint, paper. Also in F 2/16/16.
S 02-18-1916 Henry R. Weygand bought lot on Pine st. from William R. Rothering. Lot adjoins James Mealy property and is 66 x 132; Weygand plans to build office and flat building.
S 02-18-1916 Henry Weygand leased the Bushman residence on Geneva st. Also in F 2/16/16. F 3/8/16 - Weygand moved in.
S 02-18-1916 Robert Wiesenthal bought bungalow and 10 acres just west of city on Lyons rd. from J. J. Richtman. Richtman and family to move to Minnesota. Also in F 2/16/16 and F 2/23/16.
S 02-18-1916 Albert Daniels, employed on Vande Sand / VandeSand farm for past year and a half, returned to Milwaukee.
S 02-18-1916 William Hare to move to Pennsylvania from H. Tetzlaff residence on Jefferson st. S 3/3/16 - Hare moved family to Pennsylvania.
S 02-18-1916 Andrew Peterson and family moved to residence on Reynolds ave. recently vacated by Chris Peterson.
