F 05-03-1916 Elmer Erdley and family moved from B. H. Kortendick residence on Chestnut st. to Henry A. Rueter residence on the corner of Geneva & Schemmer sts.
F 05-03-1916 Harry L. Terry excavating for cellar on the Malady property on Johnson st. prior to moving the C. B. Wagner, Jr., house there. S 5/5/16 - Wagner frame house. S 5/12/16 - concrete foundation poured. Two mentions in F 5/17/16. (House relocation)
S 05-05-1916 John Wiemer bought F. Reuschlein property on Geneva st.; will tear down old dwelling and build 2 residences. Also in F 5/10//16. F 6/28/16 - Old Francis Reuschlein residence on Geneva st. is being torn down by John Wiemer who recently bought the property. Mr. Wiemer will build 2 modern residences on the lots. Also in S 6/23/16 - Reuschlein's was one of oldest permanent residences in Burlington. S 8/18/16 - Work started on John Wiemer house on Geneva st. Also in F 8/16/16.
S 05-05-1916 William F. Rothering raised sidewalk to grade in front of his property and the F. Reuschlein property that John Wiemer just bought on Geneva st.
S 05-05-1916 Adam Beix and family moved to the Anthony Leber residence on Randolph st.

S 05-05-1916 Kane st. residents ask that telephone and electric lines be run on poles in the public alleys or be placed under ground. Residents include: W. D. Devor, C. E. F 05-17-1916 Elmer Brook bought lot on Randolph st. from Mr. & Mrs. Henry Ebbers.
S 05-19-1916 Mrs. F. Hanaford building a new residence on Wilmot ave. Also in F 5/17/16 - Hannaford. S 6/30/16 and F 7/5/16 - Hanneford / Hannaford recently bought the old Canfield property on Wilmot ave. Is tearing down the old residence and building a new residence on the south end of the property. F 12/6/16, S 12/8/16, and S 12/15/16 - Mrs. Fannie Hannaford and family moved in.
S 05-19-1916 Miss Carrie McKercher building a new residence on Kane st. next to the Arthur Jacobson residence. Also in F 5/17/16. S 6/23/16 and F 6/28/16 - work started.
S 05-19-1916 John Angsten - new residence on Kendall st. Also in F 5/24/16.
