S 08-24-1917 Louis Smith and family moved to new home on Schemmer st.
S 06-30-1916 Albert J. Pieters and Elfrieda Wiemer, married June 28, to live in Joe McCarthy flat at 661 Origen st.
S 06-30-1916 Hetterman and Reesman building new residence on their farm east of Burlington.
S 06-30-1916 F. Schwantz residence being rebuilt after fire.
S 07-07-1916 C. Roy McCanna bought from H. R. DeLaplain the two lots on the corner of Kane & State sts. for $3,200. McCanna intends to build a new residence on the lots in the near future. McCanna also bought of Mrs. Andrew Schaad and Miss Nellie Mather, of Milwaukee, the five lots facing Kane st. adjoining the site bought from Mr. DeLaplain, paying $1,000 apiece for them. Also in F 7/5/16.
S 07-07-1916 Herman Kolway / Koldeway and wife have moved from the farm to their Lewis st. home, which they will occupy with Mr. & Mrs. William J. Willich and family until the Willichs move to their new home in Perkins Park.
S 07-07-1916 Fred Bauman and family leased Schwaller residence on east side of Fox river.
S 07-07-1916 Mr. & Mrs. Henry Heiligenthal to again occupy their residence on Adams st. vacated by Fred Bauman.
S 07-07-1916 William Tietel and Jessie Smith, married June 28, living on his father's farm near Bohner's lake, which Tietel has rented.
S 07-07-1916 Mrs. Helen Prasch offers residence at 613 Lewis st. for rent.
S 07-14-1916 William Soetebier bought homestead on Chestnut st. from his father. Also in F 7/12/16.
F 07-19-1916 Al Weiler bought 3 lots on east side of Wilmot ave. from Brook Barlow Investment Co.
F 07-19-1916 Dardis Lumber Co. putting up a residence for rent on the Miller property on Calumet st. Intend to build a second house in the near future. Also in S 7/21/16.
F 07-19-1916 John Trimberger bought farm in town of Lyons from Mrs. Ben David. Also in S 7/21/16 and S 9/29/16. F 1/12/17 - John Trimberger let farm deal fall through after wife's death. Will remain on farm where he is.
S 07-21-1916 Work started on foundation of C. B. Wagner, Jr.'s new residence at corner of Jefferson & Dyer sts.
S 07-21-1916 Fred Bauman and family moved to Adams residence on James st.
S 07-21-1916 Charles Hoffman advertises 140 acre farm on Spring Prairie road, known as Reilly farm, for sale.
F 07-26-1916 Mrs. Huldah LaHann deeded part of lots 2 and 3, block 42, to brother, Edward F. Rakow. Also in S 7/28/16.
S 07-28-1916 Cement walk being put on Geneva st. side of Schwaller property on corner of Conkey & Geneva sts.
F 08-02-1916 George Henry family to occupy the Mrs. George Rossmiller residence opposite the high school building on Conkey st.
F 08-02-1916 Jake Zubrod / Subrod and family moved to Reuschlein house on Geneva st., recently damaged by fire. S 8/4/16 - Mrs. August Reuschlein residence.
S 08-04-1916 Fire partially destroyed a house across the White river bridge on Second st. owned by the Brick & Tile Co. and occupied by Fred Jacobs and family. Also in F 8/2/16.
S 08-04-1916 Edward Miller and Mary Baumeister, married July 3, to live in rooms over Tichlofen & Leber bowling alleys.
S 08-04-1916 Mr. & Mrs. Al. Grunow moved to Noble residence on Reynolds ave.
S 08-04-1916 L. E. Kennedy leased Runkel residence on Highland ave. and will occupy it when F. E. Schunk vacates.
