S 04-23-1920 John J. Wolf leased Edwin Caldwell residence (Hillcrest) on Chestnut st. just vacated by R. G. Fraser and family. F 4/22/20 - residence on Hill Crest; Wolf to occupy May 1. F 4/29/20 - Wolf moved in.
F 04-29-1920 R. W. Henkel bought George Weiler's Brown's Lake cottage; immediate possession.
F 04-29-1920 Henry Storey bought vacant lot on corner of Robert & Henry sts. from Philip Sutter of Lake Beulah.
F 04-29-1920 Lawrence Daniels and Florence Reuschlein, married April 28, to live in flat of J. M. Christien residence on Geneva st.
F 04-29-1920 Patterson estate to offer greater part of contents of home at 349 Kane st. for sale.
F 04-29-1920 A. F. Youngs and Miss Cecilia Youngs moved from Burlington back to Beloit. Also in F 5/6/20.

F 05-06-1920 Burlington Home Building Co. bought tract opposite the Brass Works on Wilmot ave. with frontage of 120 feet and 3 lots on corner of Highland ave. & Randolph st. To put up 2 houses on each tract. S 5/7/20 - 3 lots on Highland ave. bought from H. A. Runkel; 3 lots on Wilmot ave. from R. L. Southey.
F 05-06-1920 Ben Willich and wife moved to flat over Armock's store on Jefferson st.
F 05-06-1920 Mr. & Mrs. William Shinners moved to residence on Conkey st. vacated by A. F. Youngs.
