S 08-06-1920 Mrs. Flora Smith bought James Thomas cottage at Brown's lake. Also in F 8/5/20. S 4/22/21 - H. Smith of Racine, who bought Thomas property at Brown's lake last fall, is making improvements.

S 08-13-1920 John T. Prasch sold A. Zwiebel, Jr., residence on corner of Jefferson & Dyer sts. to Alvin Noble. S 8/20/20 - Noble bought Zwiebel residence for $10,000. Will not occupy for a year.
F 08-19-1920 Jacob Wien residence on Jefferson st. (former Academy building) continuing to be remodeled; history of building.
F 08-19-1920 Joseph A. Grossman and Esther M. Schaub, married Aug. 17, to live at 674 Pine st.
