S 03-26-1920 George Klein bought Christien residence on Schemmer st. Also in F 4/1/20 - Jacob Maas who has been living there, went to Spring Prairie to work. S 4/2/20 - moved in.
S 03-26-1920 Mrs. Anna (Louise?) Katzenberg bought Fred Rewald residence on Kendall st. occupied by Theodore W. Korn. F 4/1/20 - possession May 1. S 4/30/20 - Mrs. Katzenberg and family moved in.
S 03-26-1920 William Ebbers / Eppers leased Joe Yanney / Yanny flat on McHenry st. and will move family in. F 4/1/20 - William Eppers moved from Schemmer st. to Yanny flat above the Boulden milk depot.
