F 01-13-1921 J. C. Rudkowsky, who has been living there, bought 764 Chestnut st. from Louis Rein. Also in S 1/7/21.
S 01-21-1921 Joe Rewald lot on Kendall st., adjoining St. Charles parsonage, sold to St. Charles congregation. New parsonage to be erected sometime in the future.
F 01-27-1921 William Miller sold farm 3-1/2 miles north of Burlington and 1-1/2 miles south of Rochester on Burlington-Rochester rd.; to have auction.
S 01-28-1921 F. E. Kellogg bought Appleyard property on Pine st. Present stone house on the lot will be torn down and a modern house erected. F 1/27/21 - Ellen Appleyard property adjoining P. M. Jacobson's.
S 01-28-1921 Frank Zampas bought residence at 307 State st. from William Garnetz. Also in F 1/13/21.
S 01-28-1921 James Hegeman wrecking house on John Stenhouse farm in Dover that he recently bought. S 2/25/21 - Hegeman building new bungalow.
F 02-03-1921 Mr. & Mrs. Frank X. Klein to live in the Klein residence on the corner of Chestnut & Mill sts.
F 02-03-1921 George Weyrauch and Viola Olson, married Feb. 3, to live on Otto Schultz farm south of Burlington.

F 3/3/21 - William Tenhagen rented Merten farm; Merten to live with sons who on Murphy farm in town of Brighton.
F 02-10-1921 Mrs. Jane Westby rented farm at Brighton to Henry E. Smith; moved to Mrs. Albert V. Plate residence on Liberty st.
F 02-10-1921 Harry Terry moved family to living rooms in rear of his store (Hillside Grocery) bought from Schemmer & Rossmiller.
F 02-10-1921 City bought lots 7 and 8 of Original Plat from Oldenberg estate.

F 02-17-1921 John Alby to build new residence on lot on Conkey st. near the High School building.
F 02-17-1921 William E. Rein to move to his flat at 637 Pine st. occupied by William Bohnsack. Mr. & Mrs. Bohnsack to make home with her parents, Mr. & Mrs. John Reineman, at 723 Chestnut st.
