S 06-29-1923 Mrs. Ida Rasmussen bought lot 3 of Summer Haven at Bohner's lake; to build a cottage. F 6/28/23 - bought from F. A. Schwaller Land Co.; Summer-Haven.
F 08-31-1922 Dr. R. H. Merrifield offers residence on W. Geneva st. for sale.
S 09-01-1922 R. Scheibe, one of operators at Soo Line depot, is to occupy the Henry Stoetzer home on Fox st. Also in F 8/24/22.
F 09-07-1922 Mrs. J. Smolensky has moved her household goods to Chicago where she will make her future home. S 5/7/20 - Reference to John Smolensky being in St. Louis.
F 09-07-1922 R. C. Foley, Soo Line section foreman, to move from Burlington to Oshkosh.
F 09-07-1922 Charles Vohs offers 7 room house at 404 Edward st. for sale; also 113 acre farm 2-1/2 miles north of Burlington on Honey Creek rd.
S 09-08-1922 Mrs. Rose Cuphaver bought lots 10 and 11 of Curtis Bay addition, Brown's lake. Also in F 9/7/22 - Rosa.
S 09-08-1922 Ed Willick bought strip of land from Mrs. J. B. Hoelz between the Fox river and East Water st. and started building a house. City council to consider action. S 9/15/22 - Council voted down condemnation resolution.
S 09-08-1922 Joseph A. Bazal and wife moved to Laatsch residence on corner of Conkey & Amanda sts. Also in F 9/14/22.
S 09-08-1922 Joseph H. Pihringer bought Dr. R. H. Merrifield residence on W. Geneva st.; immediate possession. Also in F 9/7/22.
S 09-08-1922 Jerry Sullivan bought of William Miller what was known as the August Zabler home on Washington st. and moved it to his Perkins Park property. Mr. Miller will erect a planing mill on the Zabler site. F 8/31/22 - building to be 35 x 92 and of either brick or tile. (House relocation)
F 09-14-1922 Barn on Jake Kramer farm 3 miles south of Burlington was destroyed by fire on Sept. 12; farm owned by Charles P. Sawyer.
F 09-14-1922 Clarence White to move family to Burlington - Salem column. (2) - moved from Wilmot.
F 09-14-1922 Elmer Breckenfeld and wife occupying Jerome Mutchler flat on N. Pine st.

S 09-15-1922 Mr. & Mrs. Joseph M. Keuper are making their home at the Keuper residence on Pine st. for the present. F 9/14/22 - Joseph M. Keuper and Florence M. Langley. married the first of the week, living at 569 Pine st., home of groom's mother.
S 09-15-1922 Dr. Arthur D. Moe and bride to live at 615 Geneva st. F 9/14/22 - Arthur W. Moe and Ruth C. Nelson, married Sept. 12, to live in Bushman flat at 615 Geneva st.
S 09-15-1922 Henry Tetzlaff building a substantial addition to his residence on Pine st.
S 09-15-1922 Luetten & Schwartz building a new residence on Lewis st. adjoining the brick bungalow they built last spring. F 9/21/22 - brick bungalow was recently sold to C. W. Knight.
S 09-15-1922 Richard Vogt moved to residence in Prasch addition vacated by Joseph A. Bazal. Also in F 9/14/22.
S 09-15-1922 Nic Wagner to occupy home on Randolph st., recently occupied by Richard Vogt, which he lately bought. F 9/21/22 - moved.
F 09-21-1922 Edgar H. Boesenting bought Dr. W. A. Prouty summer cottage on east shore of Brown's Lake. S 9/22/22 - Ed R. Rosenburg bought the Dr. W. A. Prouty cottage at Brown's Lake.
F 09-21-1922 Mr. and Mrs. John Miller at 373 Perkins blvd.
F 09-21-1922 H. Boch rented Zimmer house on Lewis st.; possession Oct. 1. Augusta, Edna, and Katherine Zimmer to move to Chicago where Albert is employed. Also in S 9/15/22.
F 09-21-1922 House and garage at 678 Chestnut st. for sale. (William and Carrie Choak, per 1922-23 Directory) F 10/19/22 - inquire of Joseph Rewald.
