S 04-20-1923 Joseph Yanny sold 20 acres of his farm in town of Lyons to Fred Dobratz.
S 04-20-1923 Dr. A. J. Ketterhagen rented Louis Zwiebel residence on corner of Washington & Dyer sts., vacated by Dr. Bennett. Also in F 4/5/23. F 4/19/23 - Ketterhagen moving in.
