S 03-16-1923 Luetten & Schwartz bought old Nehls property on Lewis st. from George Kos and intend to erect two new bungalows. Also in F 3/22/23.
F 03-22-1923 J. J. Degen moved from W. F. Gill residence to flat on Pine st. over Luhn & Peeters.
F 03-22-1923 J. W. Rickert moved to Meadows residence on Edward st.
F 03-22-1923 Mr. & Mrs. William F. Gill occupying home on corner of Mill & Chestnut sts.
F 03-22-1923 Mr. & Mrs. John A. Karcher and Mrs. Helen Kies moved to farm owned by Mrs. Kies south of Burlington.
F 03-22-1923 F. C. Patefield and family moved from Chicago to upper flat of Mrs. Vaughn residence on corner of Jefferson & Main sts.

F 03-29-1923 Adam Prasch bought Ray and Clyde Kinreed residence at 673 Chestnut st.
F 03-29-1923 Howard H. Newell bought Sam Roper property on north side of mill pond. F 4/12/23 - Walter Heublein moved to Sam Roper residence recently bought by Howard H. Newell.
S 03-30-1923 Dr. J. F. Bennett rented Mrs. William Wheeler residence on Edward st. and will move in. Dr. A. J. Ketterhagen rented house vacated by Dr. Bennett. Also in F 3/22/23. F 4/5/23 - Bennetts moved in.
F 04-05-1923 Fire burned hole in roof of house at 385 Wilmot ave., owned by William Gruno and occupied by William Lemkuhl / Leemkuil and family.
F 04-05-1923 Anton King was born Jan. 9, 1859, on what is known as Spieker farm; moved to farm where he died when 3 months old.
S 04-06-1923 Ben Voss bought Otto Koch residence on Chestnut st. F 3/29/23 - Ben Vos bought Otto W. Koch residence at 628 Chestnut st.; possession about June 1. S 6/8/23 - Voss and family moved in.
S 04-06-1923 Otto Koch bought John Karcher residence a few doors west of his present residence on Chestnut st.
S 04-06-1923 Cady Farmer bought lot on Herman st. from W. L. Uglow. F 4/5/23 - land in rear of Uglow's property on Chestnut st.
